The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

I had a 2024 same Suv, everthing is same except I dont think the cabin noise is better than 2024, its same or more , thats the only issue I have and it dosent bother me but they advertise that the 2025 will have less cabin noise

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Veronica is excellent sales person and she is professional. She has given options to choose but not forced to buy and finally bought what I wanted. She is very nice.

I love my volvo. I have one that is fully loaded, and it is so luxe and fun to drive. The turbo makes it literally zoomier than my husband's mustang, but it can also go all day without any gas at all if I need to use it in pure mode.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. Few weeks later my husband noticed we were missing the key for the locked wheels. So that we did not have to go all the way back to NY James hooked us up with a key at one of our local Toyota dealers. Thanks James for being so patient and making everything happen for us. Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

We've been buying V6 Accords for years now. This one is a totally different beast, unlike the previous V6, which were powerful, but "nervous", this car is so SMOOTH, elegantly gliding along, VERY MUCH LIKE AN EV. Yet when I need power — it delivers. The MPG is more than DOUBLE of what we've been used to. I tested a few hybrid sedans, and the Accord was the smoothest, you can't feel it switching from hybrid to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), as some others do. Definitely a great buy!
