I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

I love the car. It takes at least 4 months to understand all of the features and working options of those features. The usage of each option can change due to your preferences. I have the Limited With all of the options as a package. This car is xxxx!

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

The car is a little noisy on the road at 65 MPH, but less than the Toyota Prius. At slower speeds, it is very quiet. It gets 54 MPG on the highway using the cruise control. It has all the necessary electronics except the bird's eye view. It can go about 550 miles on a tank full of regular gas. It has a small tuning radius and adequate acceleration for the merge lanes on the interstate.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

Bought our 2022 Passport at Boch Honda West and felt no pressure from Mike or Rich during the process. Service over the past year has been seamless and stress free. Very accommodating when a timely recall was needed. Supplied a rental without issue.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. This review was written after slightly less than 1600 miles. The transition between battery and gas power is smooth and all but undetectable, and I love seeing the mpg rise so nicely. I keep it in econ and normal mode (not sport) and the acceleration is fantastic (although my cherished mpg does suffer a touch). The LED headlights are focus to keep incoming drivers from being blinded. The automatic switch between high and low beams has been spot on. The only negative part of my experience would be the driver's seat. It isn't as comfortable as the Accord deserves. It's nice, but I think it could be better. I'm happy with this purchase!

Overall, I think the Camry Nightshade is a great car if you want something reliable, stylish and comfortable for daily driving. The blacked-out wheels and trim give the car a sleek and sporty look that makes it different from a regular Camry. The car rides smooth and comfortable and does very well on the highway. It's spacious and the seats are comfortable.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2025 Honda Civic from Nucar, after a few mishaps and misunderstandings with the online team Dave Belanger and the Manager stepped in to make everything right. I love so many things about this car. I have owned may cars in my 45+ years as a driver and this is my favorite. I love the plug-in feature as my typical drive is stoplight to stoplight. I can go for months without putting gas in the rank, and plugging in to my home power to charge the car has not affected my power bill at all. My folks were in a bad wreck this summer in their 2024 Tucson plug-in, and they walked away with fairly minor injuries despite being plowed into by a large produce truck traveling in excess of 55 mph while Mom and Dad were at a standstill on the highway. That just reinforced my love for this car.

I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

It was a very pleasant experience. They did not try to pressure me into buying a car which would have not helped anyone. They did seem to be very motivated to try to sell me the car I had checked out by negotiating a deal I thought was pretty fair after the initial one or two offerings.
