Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I originally stopped by to look at a used car I had seen on their website, but I ended up finding a new car a Honda civic sport hatchback that I liked even more. I was pleasantly surprised by the great lease options available. Ela, the sales representative who helped me, did an excellent job walking me through all the options and estimates. She was very patient as I test drove two different cars and looked at several others. At first, I felt a little overwhelmed, but Ela made everything simple and straightforward. I truly appreciated her honesty and patience throughout the process, also shout out to Matt helped with the contract and explaining the paperwork processing patiently.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Perfect. I would not recommend any changes as they did an excellent job. The staff did an excellent job. They gave us a lot of time to explain everything to us to our satisfaction.

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Friendly, flexible, knowledgeable selling staff. Great car.Also considered purchasing the CRV hybrid. This will be my third Honda. Wish Honda would offer more selection of colors

This review was written after slightly less than 1600 miles. The transition between battery and gas power is smooth and all but undetectable, and I love seeing the mpg rise so nicely. I keep it in econ and normal mode (not sport) and the acceleration is fantastic (although my cherished mpg does suffer a touch). The LED headlights are focus to keep incoming drivers from being blinded. The automatic switch between high and low beams has been spot on. The only negative part of my experience would be the driver's seat. It isn't as comfortable as the Accord deserves. It's nice, but I think it could be better. I'm happy with this purchase!

We wanted a vehicle that would be able to comfortably carry 6 passengers, but also didn't want a minivan. The highlander had the most amount of legroom. Also we are getting 32mpg with the hybrid model. We'll worth the fuel savings. Very smooth ride.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

Perfect vehicle for me. Reminds me of my previous car (2016 Honda Accord Touring) except I rarely buy gas. I mostly drive in electric mode daily and then plug it in to standard 110v garage outlet overnight. (Works out to about 40% of the cost of gas plus more convenient than pulling into gas stations). I use the hybrid sport mode when driving beyond the 50 mile electric range but this is rare because of my driving habits. It has a low center of gravity with a 17 KW Lithium battery underneath; has 212 hp; and has instant acceleration due to the electric motor. Practical car and a fun car, too!

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. I just bought my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Limited about three weeks ago and it is my 6th Subaru purchase since 1998. I hope that speaks volumes in one sentence.There was nothing wrong with my 5th Subaru, a 2018 Crosstrek Premium, so, I gave it to my husband who had been driving a 2009 Honda Accord. When he made the suggestion that he was ready to let go of his Honda and move into the world of cars with technology, he felt my Crosstrek would be a good bridge, plus he knew the prior owner and how well she took care of the car. :-) So, what is wonderful about the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid is my transition to the upgraded technology - it has been seamless as far as learning the new features on the digital pad with an almost 12 inch screen! The interior is larger with excellent visibility and the expanded cargo space for my travelling needs. Learning about Hybrid technology and the eco-friendly use of the electric battery and and gas engine has been a very positive with a comfortable learning curve. Just starting the car is a humming experience. The Limited trim features of the Forester Hybrid includes an elevated standard with all leather interior, heated seats in front, personal AC/heating controls for each seating area in front and back. The eyesight technology has improved in the 8 years I have been driving my 2018 Crosstrek ;and I still enjoy all the lights that indicate my lateral blind spots, the larger screen to see my rear view camera when backing up, keyless entry and ignition (push button starter) all easy to use and manage. Finally, what helped me the most in making my decision to purchase besides giving my Crosstrek in excellent condition to my husband, was a change in dealerships by moving to one much closer to our home. My sales consultant was outstanding in his knowledge in sharing the various Forester models as well as his manner of conveying his expertise in a very friendly and joyful manner. In this case the reliability of the Subaru brand and the human factor highlighting all its best qualities led me to a wonderful purchasing experience on Nov. 25, 2025..
