Excellent attention to an engine light that did not appear after I brought vehicle im. They drove it three times for a total of 132 miles to see test if engine light came on again. It did not. Nikolai was a gentleman from start to finish.

I purchased my last four cars from Infinity. I purchased a new QX60 last year and I have asked twice to have someone come to my home and teach me all the functions of the car. Like programming your garage opener, etc. Twice they said they would get back to me and twice I've heard nothing.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

We have only had our 2025 Sorento Plug-In Hybrid for a little over 2 weeks, but we have taken it on a road trip and now have over 2000 miles on it. Not disappointed at all. Yes, if you cruise at 80mph on the freeway, you will not get 33mpg. But if you keep it at 70 to 74, you will be close. The gas engine by itself does not get 33mpg, but the hybrid puts about 2 miles worth of electricity into the battery for every 10 or 15 miles that you drive, so the mileage averages out pretty good. My wife commutes 28 miles round-trip to work, and can drive all week without the gas engine even coming on. The paddle shifters are awesome; in sport mode they change gears, in all other modes they act to increase braking regeneration and slow the car down without using the brake pedal. The SUV is quiet, smooth, and comfortable. It looks great and charges in 3:40h on my home Level 2 charger. Yeah, it is more expensive than I thought any Kia would ever be, but compared to the competition it is priced about right. NOTE; The closest competition is really the Toyota Highlander, or the Grand Highlander. The 3rd row seats and size of the Kia make the Hond CRV and the Toyota RAV4 look small in comparison.

Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Love the Infotainment system. Easy to navigate. Great looking car. Rides nice and is quiet. The limited trim has what you need and more. I am happy with the hybrid model. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. The miles per gallon is better than advertised. We can get 600 miles on one tank of gas. We enjoy having a reliable car that is a hybrid, as we move to all electric cars in the near future.

He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

Sales Consultant Cedric felt more like a friend or family member working to get to the wife and I the very best deal possible. I highly recommend this Dealer. Sam Bhurgri my salesman, the owner and the whole Bellevue team were amazing from start to when we flew over to pick up our 2026 BMW i5 40. Everything was ready to sign and hit the road back home. The car is amazingly fast 3.3 seconds to 60 mph. The ride is comfortable and the car is very responsive.

My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

Purchased "preferred" version almost 4 months ago. Nearly 4,000 miles. It is primar=illy my run around vehicle. With the Toyota hybrid system I am averaging 44 MPG. Priced approximately $4,000 less than comparable Toyota RAV4. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle. I find it comfortable, reliable, true to Mazda driving experience.
