I just purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid from AutoNation. The process couldn't have been easier. I received top dollar for my trade and a good deal on the purchase. I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Had to blindly pick a salesperson from several listed on the dealer's webpage for cars.com. It worked out well as Jeana Neeves responded and continued to get me figures and respond anytime I had a question. It seemed like everyone at this dealer worked together to make a deal happen

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Crystal and BMW of Gwinnett. The negotiation process on the vehicle was straightforward and free of drama...communication was prompt and exemplary (with my being out of the area Crystal sent a very helpful video tour of the vehicle)...and my purchase was beautifully prepped and detailed for pickup. Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Although I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, they were very understanding of my situation and did not try to pressure me into anything. I appreciate that approach!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

The experience was good. The sales lady called me immediately and sent video of the truck since there were no pictures on line. I made the request Saturday night Amarie called me Monday morning I went in to view the truck and did a test drive on Tuesday and made the purchase.

We sent a request to look at and drive the vehicle we selected and were contacted promptly by Fernando, a young salesman. Our whole experience with him was personable, professional and though. He is even going to contact the prior owner to secure a second key fob if possible. Our negotiations were very good. I did not feel I was being “high pressure “ or rushed to make a decision. Our requests were treated with respect and responded to likewise. I did feel that once we had settled on the final figures it took a long time to get back to the office to finalize signatures. But then there were a lot of others there as well… We were referred to Beaver Toyota by a friend and we are glad we went there. It was a good experience and I would encourage potential buyers to check them out.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.
