I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing The manual included was for another model (TT) Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them

My tires were badly worn, it turned out, so I needed to buy 4. There was a great sale on tires so I got a very good deal. I originally stopped by to look at a used car I had seen on their website, but I ended up finding a new car a Honda civic sport hatchback that I liked even more. I was pleasantly surprised by the great lease options available. Ela, the sales representative who helped me, did an excellent job walking me through all the options and estimates. She was very patient as I test drove two different cars and looked at several others. At first, I felt a little overwhelmed, but Ela made everything simple and straightforward. I truly appreciated her honesty and patience throughout the process, also shout out to Matt helped with the contract and explaining the paperwork processing patiently.

I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.

The only issue I have with this car is the outdated tech. It did not come with car play. In addition, the cost to upgrade the GPS, is ridiculous. In all other areas, the car is outstanding.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

We came to Fremont toyota on a Sunday to have our car serviced. Our appointment was really early so I came to pick up my husband after dropping our car to service department. We don't know but for some reason we kinda' looked around used car department to browse their Camrys. I've been wanting to trade our other car which is a Corolla since last year. I have a 15 month old baby but since we have a good working 4runner, I was just really hoping for a full sized car coz' i feel it's not too big as an SUV but not too compact as my current car. James Kang approached us at the parking lot and offered help. In my mind, omg they will really try to sell us something. And right there and then I told my husband "we've been though this before, we still have our car, we won't be super impulsive and pressured." That day was not really a day to buy, although i've been wanting the car, but it was not an urgent thing. James came back and talked to us. He had a very nice and light aura- No hassle, No pressure. and that was the first time I felt that way with a dealer. From test driving the car, til contract signing- we didnt feel rushed and obligated. I guess to make long story short, yes i traded my car- but the process was so smooth. And even though we got a 2014 Camry, slightly used, I think we got what we wanted and we are happy. James took care of everything even we had to come back to fix slight dents i found, he was very prompt and honest. He is highly recommended, if you wanna have a good car buying experience.

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.
