A/C went out on a very hot day. I stopped by midmorning to see Spencer. After leaving the car and getting a shuttle ride to work, Spencer communicated via text often on the progress of the diagnosis. Once the problem was discovered and the repairs given the green light, work began. A few hours later I received a text that the car was done. Fast A/C repairs on a very hot day. Way to go Fletcher Jones.

(Its a somewhat rare car) I made my purchase here because they had the best customer service. You know shopping for used cars there are too many sleazy used care salesmen. John was great! He was very professional and friendly. John was knowledgeable about the services that needed to be done on my car. Overall, great job John!! I told him I would rather drive from Maricopa (30 miles) to this dealership as their service is better than Tempe Hyundai which has bad customer service. On a side note I spoke to a new sales person and he might need training on Hyundai's as he didn't know much about them. I shared I have owned 3 Hyundai's starting in 1996 and my last Hyundai I drove for 250,000 miles. I educated him on all the great things about Hyundai:)

Quite. Smooth and very powerful. My wife loves this car and I am a big fan. Super good music system. Lots of WELL THOUGHT OUT features. Its a Korean limo and decked out. No one knows what brand of car it is and that is the cool factor. Getting 24 mpg mixed driving. Getting a speeding ticket is easy. Research the standard features and then go test drive one . Wonderful pre owned deals on these high performance luxury sedans . So go buy one. Save a ton of jack and be happy.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was extremely pleased with the purchase a used vehicle for my daughter from Gillman Acura. My sales rep was Crysta Pickett and she made the process very painless and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I was in and out within an hour. Unfortunately a couple days after we brought the car home something catastrophic happened to the engine and I reached out to Crysta and had the car towed to my mechanics shop. I immediately got a call from the Sales Manager, Greg. He said that they were going to tow the car down to there dealership and check it out. He called me a day or so later and said that the engine was destroyed. He said that even though I bought the car "as-is" that the car should not have died within two days of bringing it home and that the dealership was going to take care of it! Needless to say I was very happy to hear that they were stepping up to the plate and taking care of this. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the entire process and even though the used vehicle had serious problems shortly after bringing it home the dealership took care of it with no qualms whatsoever. This is the way a business should treat its customers. I will not go anywhere else again.

Just because it's a Hyundai doesn't mean it's cheap and average. Equus Ultimate should be it's own brand. This care truley stand up to it's competitors: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7-series, Audi 7and 8, and Lexus L-460. It's in a class by itself. Most brands make you pay for luxury and safety features where as Equus is included standard. More than you can ask for in a large luxury sedan and with the finest quality and design - for less. Smart move by Korean car maker Hyundai and still back by one of the world's best warranties (new or used).

Recently bought a low mileage 2014 Equus to replace my F01 BMW 750i. I was sick and tired of spending $5,000 - 6,000 per year in things that were breaking down in the bimmer and I went the Hyundai way. The concept is simple. If you've owned a German luxury vehicle you understand that it will spend a good amount of time in the shop and the true ownership cost will be higher. If you can get over the fact you're not buying brand name in the Equus, you will be pleased with your decision. Comparable 2014 models between the BMW and the Equus in miles but worlds apart in terms of reliability and creature comforts. The Equus is designed to please, relax and get you to your destination stress free. The BMW was a great driver's car, good performance but made me sweat every time a fault indicator would light up in my dash. Exterior and interior design of the Equus is exceptional. Everything is where it needs to be and the learning curve of it's Multimedia system is short. I couldnt be happier and would recommend it to the most picky and biased of buyers.

This car meets and exceeds my expectations - After owning a 2009 BMW 750LI, 2010 Hummer H3, 2009 BMW 550, 2008 Chrysler 300c, and 2013 Buick LaCrosse, I must say that Hyundai has out done themselves. Finding and Purchasing this rare find, was not easy becuase I was looking for the best and highest quality car in the Large Luxury Sedan category for under $30k and less than 40K miles and there was only 2 in a 250 mile radius. This car has everything that most 2018 luxury sedans have - Heads Up Display, All Digital dashboard, Lane Keeping assist, Adapt Cruise Control, 360 camera, rear entertainment, Navigation, Blind Spot Monitoring, Cross Traffic Alert, Brake Assist, Upgraded Leather, Low Cabin Noise, etc etc etc etc etc......... Very Classy, very high tech, User friendly, Very Comfortable and very well priced.

A Best Kept Secret of Luxury & Performance

Having driven a number of luxury vehicles including Volvos, Audi's, BMW's, Mercedes and others, I can unequivocally say that my 2013 Equus (Signature) tops them all in virtually EVERY respect. When I was making my final decision -- over 18 months and 30K miles ago -- I was choosing between a loaded Audi A8 and the Equus. I took spirited, solo test drives with both cars and it was objectively no contest b/w these two unquestionably fine cars -- Equus was smoother, every bit as comfortable, and as refined in most every respect, yet … $15K less expensive. And I am constantly being stopped at gas stations and even in traffic by knowledgeable 'car lovers' like me who see the unique Equus badging and ask, what IS that car? It has a commanding grille, beautiful lines, and performance to match -- smooth power from the V8, seamless shifting, and a cavernous back seat that every passenger has always said truly feels like an executive car or limo. The only reason for my '4' above under performance is lack of AWD; but I have driven this car thru two brutal snowy winters in New England, and with 4 Nokian WRG3 all weather tires, year-round, it has all the stability and handling you need if you know how to drive in bad weather. I could honestly not imagine a car I would rather have right now than my Equus … and I paid an obscenely low price for it, less than $30K, with a 'service for life' dealer arrangement that is ideal. There likely a not many of these left now that the Genesis G80 and G90 are launched, but I promise if you can find one, you will be as thrilled as I am with it!

Just took it on first long trip and it was a dream. I got 25 miles a gallon. It handled well, the ride was smooth and the sound system was fantastic. Have had BMWs & Mercedes and this is better.

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My Carmax Experience

On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

I only had an oil change and safety inspection. The safety inspection was thorough and pointed out items that could need attention in the future. Easy to make appointment. Waiting area was pleasant and very clean. My service attendant (Val) was courteous, friendly and professional. No pressure to have any other work done except what I asked for. Great experience and I will be back.
