Used 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 for sale near Carson, CA

Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.

I've had my Ioniq 5 for almost 10 months. I chose to lease the car because 1) the EV technology is changing so quickly and 2) to make sure an EV was the right vehicle for me. So far, I've been very pleased with almost everything about the car. At an 80 percent charge, I get 270 miles consistently. The car came with free charging at Electrify America charging stations, but I've yet to use one as I charge at home which costs me virtually nothing as I have a solar panel array that provides plenty of energy for my home and car. The ride, for the most part, is comfortable (the seats could be a little more comfortable). There are plenty of features that I appreciate (all of the warning sensors come in handy, the voice system is good and Bluelink works well). The only downside (for me) is that I got the standard long range edition which gets in excess of 300 miles on a full charge but is missing some of the more refined options (mirrors that fold in when parked, power lift gate, driver seat memory, etc.) If I had to do this again, I would have gone with the next model up. My lease will be up in March of 2026, and unless there is something that I think is better in the EV space, I'll be leasing another Ioniq 5.

I always have the very best experience in everything provided. Customer Service, follow ups and all of my concerns were all addressed the best way. Will Hamilton went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. The supervisor Eric Badillo seriously has an amazing team and also makes sure that everything is addressed and provided. Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

I dealt with probably 8-10 different dealers before contacting Norm Reeves Hyundai and wished I had just reached out to them sooner. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car

Got a great deal on the advertised 2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid! They tried to pile on a bunch of ridiculous options and warranties, all of which I rejected repeatedly until they got the message.

Cesar in service is a great asset. He makes sure you don't do unnecessary work and the work needed to stay safe. He has even answered my text on his day off to let me know if it was safe to drive my car to service versus having it towed given lights that had come on.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my tesla model Y. Interior is in great condition low mileage and has 7 seats, which is hard to find at that price. They have a good selection. Fabrizzio, was super helpful and very communicative. the rest of the staff (Rich & Roger) were very respectful, informative and helpful as well. Overall great experience and a pretty fast process too. I felt like they were pretty upfront about the wheels and other add-ons. I totally recommend this place.
