Had an awesome experience with Hyundai of Las Vegas, including Ody who was my sales guy. He was very informative, professional and courteous. It was one of the few times that I've bought a car that I didn't feel extremely pressured or guilted or anything of the like. He knew what I wanted, what my price range was, and listened to my situation. Additionally, he helped me get the car that I had been wanting before it got snatched off the market. I was overdue for a service for my Santa Fe, so I called and Jody was able to find an agreeable date and time for me. When I brought in my car on 9/17, Chris in Service took down all the details, including the leaking oil pan that I knew about for quite some time. After about an hour, both Chris and Bryan met with me to go over the work that had now been done together with several recommendations in line with the 60,000-mile major service. I agreed to their findings, but decided on their doing some of the work that day and the rest next month. I feel that they have all been honest in their assessment of what needs to be done for my car and have been accommodating in working around my schedule. When collected the car after the work was completed, Nani courteously handled the paperwork and turnover. I continue to be impressed with Findlay Hyundai and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.
