Kudos to the Campbells Nissan of Edmonds for seeing through the completion of servicing my 2017 Pathfinder. After being in service couple of times for an unidentified noise under the hood, it was finally diagnosed the third time as timing chain problem. For a 2017 with all maintenance services performed it was baffling. Much more damage was discovered after the timing chain cover was removed. The estimated cost was between 3k and 6k for complete repair. Special thanks to John the service manager and Mario the service advisor who directed me to Nissan Consumer Affairs and getting me in a loaner for the duration of time my vehicle was to be in for repair. After making my case to the Consumer Affairs, five days later John went the extra consumer satisfaction mile by contacting Consumer Affairs through several emails after my return call backs was to no avail. The Ioniq 2019 EV is the best car I have ever had. in summer months, I get about 135-140 miles to a charge and I can zip around town to work, the store, the salon etc. with no problems at all. this car is comfortable with the leather seats, and quiet on the inside too. the speakers are quality and sound good. I've been driving her for 3 and a 1/2 years with zero problems. I just have to get the tires rotated! The best part is, I don't ever pay for gas. I haven't paid attention to gas prices in years, and it feels great! Too bad they don't make these anymore... Thanks Hyundai!

This car is perfect for my needs. We have a larger SUV for family trips, but this compact EV is perfect for zipping around town. It charges overnight from 120V outlet in my garage, so I didn't see the need to install a 240V outlet. I did have to make sure I used a 20A circuit. The Ioniq is very comfortable, and it's easy and fun to drive. 80% of my driving is on city streets, but when I do use the freeway, the Ioniq hums along at 80-85mph comfortably, to keep up with the flow of traffic. It's also surprisingly spacious. With the rear seats folded down I can fit a 6ft stepladder and lots of tools in the back.

The salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very happy with my purchase and have had no problems at all. Overall outstanding dealership that I will definitely bring my business to in the future!
