Have owned it for 3 years and I think it is brilliant. The fuel economy is staggering, witchcraft! But the most surprising is the comfort, i regularly take it on 1000 mile journeys from the UK to the Med and it's really good. Quiet, the heated/ventilated leather seats are superb, and the gearbox is excellent. The only thing that could be better is the boot cover and the plastic in the back. I guess that's where they saved some costs to keep yhe price down and frankly it's not great but perfectly adequate.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. I am so happy, that they always go above and beyond to service my car. I recommend if you’re in the market for a car, start at Rosens and for all your service needs call Patty. Thank you!!! It had cvt transmission, easy way to update infotainment software, separate switch for daylights and better acceleration. Above you can read what I don't like, but in general it's a well designed good looking car, in terms of performance I think this car needs more work, I'm sure newer models will be better. In terms of mileage, it's a great car, I did 66 miles per gallon a couple of times going to Virginia from Westchester NY (round trip).

Predicted 55 mpg-I rarely get that few. Usually 55-65 mpg. When I check mpg I use same pump and same cut off. I use non ethanol gas as much as possible and add Marvel Mystery Oil to each fill. I service regularly with reliable and qualified mechanic. Full synthetic oil. I have had no mechanical issues or quirky occurances. Features included on SEL as standard are options on Hondas & Toyotas. And I paid less to start with. Yes, there is a slight hesitation off the line, but I anticipate that. Every car has something that in someone's mind exempts it from perfection. I am a regular Consumers Report reader and I think they have done this car a disservice by not recommending it. I owned a Prius and I'll take the Ioniq over the Prius. I have owned several Hondas and Toyotas and prefer looking to Hyundai first in pursuing my next vehicle. I also own a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited and it is an excellent car for mpg, reliability, usability, and outstanding comfort and features.
