I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. Sam and Tanner at Hyundai of Venice truly set the standard for what a car buying experience should be. From the very beginning, they treated me with honesty, respect, urgency, and genuine care. They listened to what I needed, understood my situation, and instead of simply telling me what could not be done, they went to work finding a way to make it happen. My circumstances may not have looked like the easiest fit on paper, but they never made me feel like a number or just another sale. They worked through every detail and delivered exactly what I needed. The level of trust I felt throughout the entire process was incredible. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with complete transparency. There was no pressure, no runaround, and no wasted time. Just two people who genuinely wanted to help me leave with the right vehicle. As a mother of three, I have owned and purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, so I have dealt with many dealerships and salespeople. I would have to say my experience at Hyundai of Venice was a very positive one. I came to the dealership just to compare the Hyundai to Honda, Toyota and Nissan. I have always been a Toyota man, but after comparing options you get on Hyundai it was a no brainer. I came in on New Years day, not expecting them to be open, and met Jonathan. I found Jonathan to be very easy going and willing to answer all my questions. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Tucson. They have a large inventory and the exact car I wanted was on site. From start to finish I don't think I was there more than an hour. After paperwork, Jonathan helped program my phone to car which was nice for me because I'm not that computer savvy, Overall very positive experience.
