Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin review
They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

Great Lakes Hyundai of Columbus review
I actually took my 2018 tuscon in for routine service at the Morse rd location and came home with a 2026 tuscon. My sales person is Zack Dials. I say is because of the great personal relationship between Zack and myself. Now days it's wham bam thanks see ya. Not with Zack. When I have a question Zack always returns my call promptly. Now when I visit this facility Zack comes up to me with a smile and a hand shake and a cup of coffee. Where do you find this kind of courtesy? Zack knows cars and can answer any questions I might have. I am constantly trying to figure out some of the things this car has to offer but rather than look them up I just call or see Zack. If and when I decide to purchase another car I will difinitely go to Zack.

2020 Hyundai KONA EV review
The thing goes like h*ll! Two bad things though, it's awful in the snow bc you can't rock it out if you get stuck. It keeps jumping back to neutral. The other thing is the location of the heated seat buttons, we keep accidentally pressing them. That's awful in the summer, and if you have a dog in the car with you he will keep pushing the buttons. Otherwise we'd buy it again. I need to see if there's a fuse for those heated seats that I can take out after our lease is up and we own it.

On November 4, 2016, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra. We had researched this vehicle on Thomas Subaru's website, which was easy to navigate and very informative. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted warmly by the manager, Roman Spriggs, and introduced to our sales associated Jaison Gehauf. Jason was very welcoming and accommodating, and walked us through the entire process. My credit union had never dealt with Thomas Subaru and they actually required numerous documents -- including a copy of their business license and dealer's license; yet Jaison was all too happy to meet these requirements. Once financing was secured we were allowed to take our vehicle home and we received several follow-up emails from Jaison to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and the service provided by the dealership. Not only are we happy with our Elantra but we are thrilled with the commitment and concern we received from Jaison and the other staff at Thomas Subaru.
