Sean the salesman was great, thanks buddy! Unfortunately I was on a quest to get the used EV rebate from IRS(4K) Please look it up. Vehicle: 25k/150 k income was the cutoff. Dealership was not familiar with the program and wouldn’t budge on 25900$ price. Too bad. I really could’ve done a great write up as staff was top notch. Since my credit was not so good, I made an appointment with their special Finance Manager named Ron. He picked me up from Bart on the vehicle he got me an approval on. It's not my dream car but a 2015 Nissan Altima drives like a dream to me. If you have a similar situation please stop by and ask for Ron Vidal. He definitely knows what he is doing and has a lot of positive energy which makes you feel good. Other dealers I went to, changed their attitude right away when I told them about my bad credit situation. Thank you Ron, I will send you all my friends and family.

Looked and looked for an Audi A3 Sportback e-tron, and was ready to settle for one that had most of what I wanted, was an OK color and close to what I wanted to pay. The night before I was ready to make that purchase, GLAW advertised an A3 e-tron that had everything that I wanted, the perfect color, fewer miles and was $2,000.00 less than I would have paid for the not so perfect A3. After emailing Al and saying I would stop by the next day to test drive the car, I arrived to find the A3 waiting, freshly rinsed and ready for me to take for a spin. It was such an easy decision to make the purchase, and the deal was completed in less than an hour. No stress, no unanswered questions, got additional information about possible HOV stickers and all of it done with Covid precautions observed. This place is a gem. They deserve a better physical location, but the personnel and business model are top drawer!

Our sales person Brad Reinke is a rockstar. Would buy another car from them. No xx or hidden fees. Even post purchase, Ever impressed. We needed help gathering all the paperwork for a PG&E rebate and they were super responsive and the rebate sailed through. Would definitely go to Ever again.

Fabulous experience with Kian who did everything he could do to make sure my needs were met and I got the car I wanted. Patience extreme! He truly rocks at this!

The thing goes like h*ll! Two bad things though, it's awful in the snow bc you can't rock it out if you get stuck. It keeps jumping back to neutral. The other thing is the location of the heated seat buttons, we keep accidentally pressing them. That's awful in the summer, and if you have a dog in the car with you he will keep pushing the buttons. Otherwise we'd buy it again. I need to see if there's a fuse for those heated seats that I can take out after our lease is up and we own it.

The car works great and I charge it at home every night using my solar panels. I drive 60 miles to work each day and save about 600.00 a month in gas alone.
