Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Is a confortable and economic car. I bought it in Potamkin Hyundai, Miami Lakes and I’m very satisfaced with my car and the excellent dealer’s service.

The thing goes like h*ll! Two bad things though, it's awful in the snow bc you can't rock it out if you get stuck. It keeps jumping back to neutral. The other thing is the location of the heated seat buttons, we keep accidentally pressing them. That's awful in the summer, and if you have a dog in the car with you he will keep pushing the buttons. Otherwise we'd buy it again. I need to see if there's a fuse for those heated seats that I can take out after our lease is up and we own it.

I dealt with probably 8-10 different dealers before contacting Norm Reeves Hyundai and wished I had just reached out to them sooner. It's not space in the back seat my grandkids don't have enough room in the back maybe i can trade my car in for something bigger

I got this from Gosch Hyundai in Hemet. I have the limited addition which is loaded. The purchase experience was great. My sales person Joey and his manager Ryan help make the deal work. The car works great and I charge it at home every night using my solar panels. I drive 60 miles to work each day and save about 600.00 a month in gas alone. I would recommend the Kona EV and Gosch Hyundai to everyone.

Voice actuated GPS! 250 mile range. Peppy. Solid, high quality car. Keyless entry. Super visibility. This is my second EV and by far the most fun to drive. Compact size easy to park yet roomy enough for skis.

Shout out to Nicholas and Tal! They helped me select the best bang for your tesla. The Tesla came with a cracked windshield but they replaced it for free! This is the only dealership i know that comes without any additional hidden fees for very good prices.

AMAZING SERVICE! Dan went above and beyond to make sure we got the car that fit us the best. He didn’t mind us having as many test-drives as we needed and helped us get approved for the 2020 Audi Q5 when we decided. Not pushy, respectful and very helpful! Will come back for an upgrade!

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.
