He communicated clearly and effectively. Equally as importantly, the sales manager Chase Mueller made it his mission to ensure we got the deal we wanted.

Had an enjoyable and easy experience purchasing/upgrading to a 2025 Tucson Hybrid when I brought my 2022 Tucson in for service. Oneida was great to work with and the 0% financing made it a no-brainer. They transferred everything over to the new car, kept my plates, and I was on my way. Thank you.

When we walked onto the lot, Jay met us with a smile and a handshake. We told him what we wanted. We took the car on a test drive and loved it. We told him we wanted the Best deal up front. Not hassle. He took us inside we talked and told him what we needed to buy. Jay went to talk to a Manager and told him what we said. They both came back with two offers printed out.
