Veterans Ford review
We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. AutoLenders Palm Harbor review
We sat down at a few dealerships to talk numbers, and we expected to hear that on top of the advertised price of the car there would be taxes, title/tags/registration, and a docs fee. However, at these other dealerships they added many EXTRA “fees” such as “protection package”, “reconditioning””dealer prep” etc. which bumped up the cost of the car by several thousand dollars! We walked away from these places and called AutoLenders Palm Harbor and spoke to John Dibona who told us AutoLenders fees would be ONLY the 3 legitimate ones we would expect- tax, title/reg./tags, and docs. We made an appointment with John and after driving the car we sat down to talk numbers and just as he promised, there were only the 3 legitimate fees- NO ADDED EXTRAS! Needless to say, our experience with John Dibona and AutoLenders was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had! If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, you won’t do better than AutoLenders Palm Harbor. Ask for John Dibona and you’ll be working with a very easygoing and efficient salesperson!

LAKELAND GENESIS review
I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

don’t pass on this dealership because they’re small, they are absolutely the definition of uncomplicated, straight forward auto sales. We bought a Jeep Patriot, we drove an hour and a half to get there because they had what we wanted and the owner Eric made us a deal we couldn’t refuse, the price was right and the service was delightful, when we were signing the paperwork he walked us through every step which put us at east since this was our first time purchasing a car together. The vehicle we bought is in perfect condition, clean, and has low miles.
