After going to 5 total dealerships looking at 3-row SUVs, we ended up leasing from LKN Hyundai and had the best experience out of all of them. The car was our top choice but the customer service really sold us. We worked with Brendan James Lambert and he was very informative, honest, listened to our needs, as was a true advisor in our search. We really appreciated working with him and when it came to discussing financing options, Jeremy Rawls was extremely kind, helpful and very up-front and honest. I've had negative experiences buying cars in the past with pushy salesmen and a rushed experience where I felt like a number and it was the exact opposite here. I really felt cared for and heard.
