I always hate the car buying process. I usually go with my guard up. John was very easy to work with. The car was great, the process smooth, he explained everything and answered all our questions. We got a great car at a great price, couldn't ask for more.
Pretty much can't say enough good about these guys! I'd been shopping for a used Jeep Commander for a week or two near my hometown of Minneapolis, MN. I looked at a couple and they both had issues. I broadened my search and found one for sale from 391. I explained that I was interested and would drive down from Minneapolis to buy it if it passed an inspection. Before the inspection, Prentice took more detailed photos of every little issue and sent them to me. Then he personally drove the car to third party shop for inspection. It checked out great except for two issues that 391 repaired at NO COST TO ME. We had already agreed on a price if it passed inspection, so they just fixed that stuff and didn't increase the price. I drove down the next morning, and after a test drive, and 5 minutes of paperwork, I left with the car at the agreed-upon price. I've had it for a few weeks now and absolutely no surprises. The price was lower than all the others I was looking at, and the vehicle is in better condition. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, I'm actually going to call down there first! It's well worth the drive for someone you can trust, and an unbeatable price!
Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !
After doing some research - we knew what make and model of minivan we wanted, and Budget had it in our price range. Dan and his staff we very friendly and upfront with information and helpful with the entire buying process. Due to our schedules, we had to do our business at the end of 2 different workdays, and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. If you ever go to McGrath Chevyland asked for Nick Gordon he will help you and treat you good.

I put these guys through hell along and never did they get disrespectful with me over the 6 days leading up to me buying my Challenger Scat and Shacker 392. They gave my a great deal, and beat my banks APR when it came to sing for the loan. I will be a long term customer now.
I used the Internet to find the vehicle I wanted. Emailed them and a response was immediate. Went down the next day. Drove the car we wanted by ourselves, no salesperson with us. Got what I wanted for my car, and bought the one we wanted. Very nice purchase experience. Brought both cars inside so we could transfer our stuff in warmth.
Purchased my 2010 Ford Focus about a month ago and love it! Budget made the buying process really simple, after deciding I wanted to buy the car I was in and out of the dealership in about 20 minutes. Not to mention my car was priced so well that I didn't even feel the need to haggle at all. I would definitely recommend going to Budget Auto to get your next car!
Billion has a WIDE selection of vehicles to choose from. We were looking for a specific vehicle, and Billion was the only dealership in Eastern Iowa with one. We emailed them we were interested, and they had it up front ready when we got there. The car was clean and as advertised. Some negotiating, better process than most dealerships, and received a fair deal (Not a steal, but fair).
Have been a regular customer for the last 5 years or so now. I've bought parts, had services performed on 4 different Toyota vehicles, and even negotiated on a newer certified car (but didn't buy as the time wasn't right for me). So, mainly my positive experiences with this location relates to my service and parts counter experiences as I hadn't bought a vehicle from them, but I did go through the buying process with a salesman and it was ok- no pressure at all. They've done a few freebie services for me and even on occasion gave discounts on their parts for me and that puts them "tops" in my book!! Great job out there on Highway 1 guys and gals!
This was the most positive car buying experience I've had. Found the vehicle and emailed Don to get some info. Was able to take it home overnight so my husband could see it. Went in and was able to accept their first offer on trade and car price. Straight forward, fair and NO Haggling. Didn't feel any pressure to buy, all my questions were answered and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend buying here!
