My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
We had a great experience today purchasing a new Honda Odyssey at Casey Honda. Joe Bolton was knowledgeable and professional as our salesman. He provided information and answered all of our questions. It was because of Joe that we followed through with this transaction. He was friendly, easy and comfortable in his work. Joe is a great asset to Casey Honda.
Amir was proactive, and pressure free. He listened to what I wanted, and found the perfect vehicle at a great value. He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, that I would have never known, which allowed me to eventually make a fantastic choice. I was blessed with the opportunity of coming across Mr. Amir Wallace as I strolled into the dealership to check out Hyundai Sonatas. Amir showed me a couple different cars and patiently answered all of my questions without any pressure. I normally do not like going to dealerships to buy cars, but Amir made the process so easy and did not put any pressure on me to make a decision. I definitely recommend looking for Amir when you're looking for a car!
Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. I went to 3 different dealers in Tidewater and Casey was the ONLY one that bent over backwards to find the car that I wanted at the price that I was willing to pay. They gave me a fabulous deal on my Subaru, gave me great discounts on accessories/Starlink/and my Extended Warranty. Even though they were the over 45 minutes away they are worth the drive. Thank you Robert, Justin and Clayton. You are honest, fair and very customer focused.
