My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. Mike & Alfonso listened to us and fought for us. They gave us every deal and break they could and made it a great experience. We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

The car is great to drive and own. It has a lot of advanced technology and timeless styling. However, it was an expensive car to purchase and being a Hyundai/Kia product, it loses a lot of it?s resale value. And, without a hefty down-payment, it?s possible to end up in an upside-down loan the moment you accept delivery.

Amazing Service one would expect when purchasing a vehicle including the amazing service department. It’s one thing to be happy with the vehicle you purchased let alone liking the salesperson involved, however what truly sets this dealership apart is its continued level of service that continues after the purchase, particularly from the Service Department. The Service Manager, Ron is truly polite and helpful and when it comes to customer service and satisfaction Jorge Quevedo is the man. This is definitely not your typical service department nor dealership as there level of quality of service separates them apart from any dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.
