It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). 2023 Hyundai SONATA Hybrid review
Great car and efficient. Really helps with the global warming problem because of good gas mileage. Full EVs still don't have good mileage ranges. This care doubles my mileage.

2015 Hyundai SONATA Hybrid review
I have owned Sonata hybrid for 11 years without any issues. Car still runs great like new. It still looks stylish after more than a decade. I will get another Hyundai hybrid.

2023 Hyundai SONATA Hybrid review
I have a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybird. The exterior styling is stunning. The Sonata Hybird has a chrome grill, which I love. The car has 3d cameras you see Every angle on your display. The push button shift takes time to get us to. The Heads up display is easy to see even in bright sunlight. The seats are soft leather very comfortable. The ride is very smooth and comfortable. I get 500 miles on a full tank of gas. I highly recommend this car.
