Quality of repairs was low due to after my car was serviced I still had a censor light for low washer fluid appear and continued to show days after. I did mention this to the service person before service was done that the censor light went off. Unfortunately due to holiday weekend I am now needing to wait for location to be open to get further help. I feel like service tech should have checked this censor light before signing off as car being complete. Overall I haven't had any issues with this location.

My wife and I recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5, and I wanted to recognize Ryan and Sales Manager Sam for making the entire experience outstanding. Before purchasing, we had been researching EVs for quite some time. The Ioniq 5 was at the top of our list, but we weren’t ready to buy because we were in the middle of purchasing a home. Even though the dealership was a considerable drive from Point Loma to Poway, we chose to visit because of the dealership’s reputation and positive reviews. When we first met Ryan, we were upfront that we were interested in the vehicle but couldn’t make a purchase until after our home closed. Ryan completely understood our situation and never pressured us. Instead, he stayed in touch, followed up professionally, answered our questions, and even sent us a very reasonable offer while we were still deciding. Once we were finally ready to move forward, Ryan had everything prepared for us. We were able to test drive the vehicle again, review the details, and move through the process smoothly and efficiently. His patience, honesty, and customer-focused approach are exactly what every car buyer hopes to find. I also want to thank Sam, the sales manager, who was extremely helpful during the final purchase process. He worked hard to make sure we received every incentive and discount available and took the time to explain the numbers clearly. At no point did we feel pressured—only supported. Buying a home and a vehicle at nearly the same time can be stressful, but Ryan and Sam made the car-buying process easy, transparent, and enjoyable. The Ioniq 5 is an amazing vehicle, and the experience we had with this team made it even better. If you’re considering a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Ryan and working with Sam. Hyundai Escondido review
I worked with an extremely easy going team at this dealership. Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! My whole buying process was smooth with ernie, Mike and their finance guy (who is very senior in his position)
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.
