AMAZING!!! Everything was so nice. A few standout people: Nick, Mike, Emani, Andrews. From the time I got there, Nick made sure I was ok didn’t need anything and the person I needed to see, saw me. Emani had been working with me prior to arriving at Hyundai, got me approved before I arrived, stayed on top of things and great communication. Mike made sure I did inspection, test drove, all paperwork done and didn’t let up until I drove off in my 2026 Elantra! I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

Used car department was helpful and EZ to work with. No pressure in buying and had a good selection to choose from. I'm very happy with my experience in buying a car from them. They also had a good follow up after the purchase to see that I was happy with what I bought. I highly recommend tham for a used or new car purchase.
