I walked out of the last dealership I was looking at due to making me feel like a fool for asking questions... The car we purchased was just as described in the advertisement. Will, our salesperson, was friendly and helpful. We were able to negotiate the price we needed on our trade and received a fair price for it with minimal negotiation. All of the staff we dealt with in person and on the phone were helpful and friendly. The responses to our phone queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I was able to arrange a time to test-drive our vehicle were done quickly and on our own schedule. This dealer was able to per-certify our vehicle which allows us to access the remainder of our full new vehicle warranty and transfer the service agreement from the previous owner. The car was delivered clean and fully charged which was great as we were from out of town and had a 100 mile return trip to home. The whole purchase was handled start to finish in just a few hours, which was one of the quickest sales closings I hav experienced in many cars purchased over the years. Nice work in a pleasant atmosphere.

My first maintenance appointment was very good. Stevinson runs a good dealership and I have recommended them to my friends. My only complaint is with Hyundai, as when I first purchased my Hyundai there was a dealership in Boulder and that influenced my decision to buy Hyundai. Now that dealership is gone and Stevinson is over a half hour away. I hope Hyundai is encouraging someone to open a new dealership in Boulder, or assist Stevinson with ways to Uber people in and out of Boulder as needed.

The sales man was pretty good. The F & I departament was friendly and willing to work with us. Over all a pretty good experience. I?m happy with how it worked out.
