An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. It’s a great vehicle! I average 40 mpg on the highway and 35 in town. It sits high and has great visibility. The doors open wide with easy ingress. The steering wheel has tilt and tel. I love the moonroof. It has disc brakes all around and stops very quickly. It seems very solid in overall build. The cargo area has clever features too. Mine is green with a grey interior and looks great. I really like this little SUV.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

I have the 2021 Venue Denim which is now called the Limited. I purchased the car mainly because I liked the exterior styling and I wanted something with a little more ground clearance than the Honda Fit that I had before this car. I live in the Northeastern US and we do get some snow. AWD is not available in this car, but the high ground clearance with the "Snow Mode" option makes the car pretty good in snow as long as it's not very deep. The value of the car is extremely good if you compare it to what you get from other car makers. I also like the maneuverability of the car and the ease of parking due to the overall short length.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Absolutely a fantastic little SUV. It’s roomy enough, rides smooth, quiet and gets 42mpg on the highway and 35 mpg in the city, this is a very dependable car.

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! Overall, from the person who greeted us when we first walked in, to the first time I drove it off the lot, the staff at Gregory Hyundai made this a smooth car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend them!

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. Just need better audio. Radio reception terrible. Not given instruction on what to do. Not compatible with Sirius which is very disappointing. Need to be shown other options.

I absolutely LOVE my Venue. It is incredibly comfortable and a very smooth ride. My parents just got a new BMW and my venue rides just as well. It gets great gas mileage too. I average about 30 mpg and 35 highway. Hyundai has the best warranty out there too, so if you want a small but roomy fun safe car, get a venue!!

I love the stying, the ride, the power is certainly adequate , and it is very smooth and quiet. It has all the modern safety features that we wanted with a great rear storage area and it gets great fuel mileage. My only negative marks ( which are minor ) are, the rearward vision is poor due to the size of the rear roof pillars and the small back window. My trim level the SEL came with a digital dashboard which is functional, but I prefer traditional gauges that come with the highest trim level the Limited. And lastly , this is my first car with an infotainment center dash with Apple CarPlay, and while it certainly can be useful, I don’t find it especially easy to navigate. It is overly complex and time consuming to try and navigate all the various menus. Which is why 99% of the time I don’t mess with it, I just get in it and drive , which is something that the Venue does very well. Overall I think it’s a great little car.

I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. This SUV is just the right size for the wife and I. Plenty of room, nimble handling, very comfortable, and great gas mileage-(average 35 mpg).

After having dealt with a dealer who did every stereotypical salesperson trick ("Sign here to show my boss you're serious") it was great to deal with Hunter who could not have been more helpful (look him up if you want a salesperson who legitimately wants you to be happy with the process, not just make a sale). Everyone involved was great. While they didn't have what I was looking for, I was trying any way to throw them my business--they're that good. Maybe next time...

My husband and I came in to Patrick Hyudai on Saturday. We left with a brand new gorgeous Tuscon. I couldn't be happier. The process was seemless. Dave Gruszecka was genuine and not at all pushy.

I had been looking for that particular vehicle for quite some time. When I first saw the ad for this one on August 12th. I saved it. Eventually I decided to send an inquiry because I really wanted to at least test drive it. Once I did test drive it. I decided that I really wanted it. I was disappointed that my initial offer, and value of my trade in were not quite what I had in mind, but their offer was fair to me, and the convenience of not having to go to the DMV, and paying tax plus license plate transfer fee made it all worth it to me. I absolutely love the this car, and am very grateful to Rosen Hyundai for all that they did to allow me to obtain my recent used car purchase.

Just had the car 3 weeks, I got the limited white top blue bottom, got lots of compliments the interior styling is quite nice, hyndai did great in that department. Rides well so far, maneuvers easily, hopefully it last for a long time.

My husband and I visited Hyundai of Lincolnwood to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for our growing family. From beginning to end, the experience overall was wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Ron M. He kept us up-to-speed every step of the way, which made the long wait time (expected when buying) a whole lot less unpleasant. The only con was going on a Saturday. I've also never been on a solo test drive, but it was a refreshing experience. It made it a lot easier to feel the car out before committing to buy. I appreciated the no-pressure approach.
