Used Hyundai VENUE for sale near New Haven, CT

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! He was very “Helpful” and “Accommodating” and took care of Everything!! Bottom Line-“ He ordered a New Tonneau Cover under Warranty!! “Will Use Riverhead Hyundai For All My Service Needs”!! Rick M. I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.

It’s a great vehicle! I average 40 mpg on the highway and 35 in town. It sits high and has great visibility. The doors open wide with easy ingress. The steering wheel has tilt and tel. I love the moonroof. It has disc brakes all around and stops very quickly. It seems very solid in overall build. The cargo area has clever features too. Mine is green with a grey interior and looks great. I really like this little SUV.

I have a 2016 KIA Sorento with 77.000 miles. And for a about 2 weeks, it seems to have a issue with the AC and for some reason i had coolant on a regular basis. Turns out to be an head gasket crack. Apparently the 2016 KIA Sorento have an history of that problem. When to Napoli KIA in Milford CT. My service advisor was Jennifer. She explained that KIA had an extended warranty for this exact issue, but they had to make sure that was the correct problem in order for the warranty to work. She followed up the next day and told me that KIA will replace the entire engine at no cost to me because KIA honored the warranty. So, Napoli KIA ordered a new engine and the car was done. That’s $14.000 job that I paid nothing. Thank you very much to Jennifer and her associates. Jennifer went above and beyond, she kept me informed on everything, got me a ride to and from Napoli KIA . She was very pleasant to work with. She treated me with kindness and respect. I have to say, that all the service advisors are really nice and helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. Previously, a few years ago that was different. But this new team is incredible. Thank you very much to Jennifer for her outstanding service.

Really love the mileage. It is small but the mightiest little car 🚗 i could imagine. It really is a two people car because of the size. But you will love it.

I have the 2021 Venue Denim which is now called the Limited. I purchased the car mainly because I liked the exterior styling and I wanted something with a little more ground clearance than the Honda Fit that I had before this car. I live in the Northeastern US and we do get some snow. AWD is not available in this car, but the high ground clearance with the "Snow Mode" option makes the car pretty good in snow as long as it's not very deep. The value of the car is extremely good if you compare it to what you get from other car makers. I also like the maneuverability of the car and the ease of parking due to the overall short length.

This dealer has alot of cars to choose from. They have financing available. No appoinment needed.

I give them 5 stars in sales and in service . I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. He worked with Mike canty to get me the best numbers to fit my budget and it was seemless. Give the new ownership and management a shot they are great over here now

Absolutely a fantastic little SUV. It’s roomy enough, rides smooth, quiet and gets 42mpg on the highway and 35 mpg in the city, this is a very dependable car.

I bought a new Sonata yesterday. Andy sold it to me and he was just wonderful! He was so helpful in giving me options and helping me to decide which car was best for me. I was nervous about all the technology the car had and he answered all my questions. I was also reassured by him telling me that I could come back anytime with questions and they would help me. This is the second car I bought from them. I highly recommend Shaker's!

I absolutely LOVE my Venue. It is incredibly comfortable and a very smooth ride. My parents just got a new BMW and my venue rides just as well. It gets great gas mileage too. I average about 30 mpg and 35 highway. Hyundai has the best warranty out there too, so if you want a small but roomy fun safe car, get a venue!!

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I would do business here again if I ever need a car in the future. Don’t go to a different place and get scammed. Come to Riverhead Nissan and be treated the way you deserve and don’t get taken advantage of!

Just need better audio. Radio reception terrible. Not given instruction on what to do. Not compatible with Sirius which is very disappointing. Need to be shown other options.

Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

I had decided on the Hyundai Venue before visiting the dealership. What I needed was the individual packages. I have had the car for a short time. But I am very pleased with the ride and the performance.

I purchased my 2021 Venue from Enterprise Car sales in Newark, DE. Maybe other people have had issues with their Venue, but as far as I'm concerned it was a great choice. The lack of a center arm rest certainly sucks, but getting 40mpg definitely makes up for the shortcoming. It has a smooth ride, it's quiet overall, and has a nice entertainment system. For just under 19k I thought it was an excellent buy, and am quite happy with it.

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

Just purchased a 2011 Sonata from Meriden Hyundai. I dealt with Habib (Salesman), Peter(Sales Manager) and Mike (Finance) and was very pleased with all. Helpful and courteous to the last detail. The facility is great. They all went the extra mile to close a great deal.

Just had the car 3 weeks, I got the limited white top blue bottom, got lots of compliments the interior styling is quite nice, hyndai did great in that department. Rides well so far, maneuvers easily, hopefully it last for a long time.

I leased my Hyundai Kona N-Line in 2022. It was not long past Covid and my local dealer in New London did not have what I wanted in stock. I found my car on the showroom floor at Shoreline. I was very well taken care of by several of the sales staff and financial manager at the time. I turned my car in on Saturday with very low miles (14,500). I originally was going to return it in New London out of convenience but they weren't willing to "buy" it by allowing me to avoid paying the end fees. I knew that with such low miles, there must be some equity. I went to Shoreline after speaking to Sam and Ryan offered to "buy" the car and save me the return fees. I feel that I was treated very well both times. As I was sitting waiting for my ride home, I was able to observe all of the sales staff doing their work. Everyone who walked by me made sure I was taken care of and offered assistance if I needed anything. I left a little bit sad to leave my Kona behind but Shoreline left me feeling like I wanted to thank them for such great service.

The Venue is a great small SUV. Very comfortable.Lots of safety features. Drives smooth. Comes with a spare tire and wheel locks. We really like it.

This was the second new vehicle in 2 years purchased there, first was my Gen coupe and now my father bought a Sante fe. Bought this car yesterday and drove home 285 miles against a 25 to 30 mph wind and at 80+ mph (mostly interstate) and got 31 mpg. The trip was non-stop and thoroughly enjoyable. Dealership got my phone set up in Android Auto and my Spotify music sounded WAY better than I had come to expect after reading "professional" reviews of the 6 speaker system. I thought it was more than adequate and the equalization program was good. Seats were more than comfortable, they were also very supportive. I emerged from the car with no TB. I wouldn't have been able to say that with other cars I've owned and some cost much more. Everything about the dashboard layout and Android Auto seemed intuitive. Bought the SEL with comfort and premium package so enjoyed the sun roof, LED lights etc. The ride was controlled, the road noise and wind and engine sound was noticeable at times but at no time was any of it even close to unacceptable or intrusive. I was amazed at how quiet is was in light of a number of paid critics' views that cabin noise is so problematic. Several people commented today that they found the vehicle very attractive and couldn't believe the purchase price. They thought it must have been a much more expensive purchase. I downloaded the Hyundai app and can now read the owner manual on my phone. It also will remotely start the car, score your driving (for your eyes only unless you want them to give it to your insurance company) and perform many more functions including remote locking and provision of vehicle status reports in real time. Your maintenance program reminders and records are also provided. I think this is the most car you can buy for the money. Many safety features are standard on the SEL including lane keeping, blind spot advisories , Auto braking etc. Before you buy a small SUV/Crossover at any price you should do a lot of research. If you do, you will certainly give the Venue a closer inspection. Just because it is very affordable is really no reason to not consider it seriously. BTW, the dealership in Sioux City IA is excellent. You won't believe how beautiful this one is when dressed in Galactic Gray!! Reliability rating is unearned at this point but I am confident that it will be earned.

Overall, a good honest dealership. I had a predefined monthly spending limit and Josh worked his magic and got me the monthly payment to meet that number. His can-do attitude made this deal happen and got us the car. The finance manager Alex was also a pleasure to work with and made our car buying experience much less painful that I have experienced in past years with other dealers. There is no pressure from the sales team to buy and were up front with everything. No hidden agenda. I would recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealer without hesitation and for that I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars.

Hyundai Venue Denim limited is just about perfect. Only change I would make would be to add a backup sensor that beeps and move the radio and a/c knobs closer to the driver. Other that that it’s terrific!!
