I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. I’m a 6’5” man and I fit very comfortably in the 2014 Hyundai Elantra GL. It is the only compact car that I could sit without my knees hitting the steering wheel and being able to comfortably extend my legs. I put my seat all the way back as you would expect which doesn’t leave much room for passengers in the back seat, but it doesn’t matter since I extremely rarely have passengers there.

I bought my second pickup truck from J & C about a month and a half ago. I set up an appointment to test drive the truck and unfortunately I came down with covid before I could get there. John held the truck for me for over a month, had the paperwork ready when I finally got there for the test drive and ready to go. I would not have had that kind of service anywhere else. John and his staff are friendly and professional folks. Should I ever be in the market for another vehicle no doubt who I will buy it from. Great people and great service.

I love my hyundai elantra gls, got her at 113k , its at 187k currently and always reliable , fun to drive and I do all my own maintenance work! The only thing I can't stand is the cloth beige seats stain with rain or water only! Hard to get the perfect clean seats It's annoying so seat covers fixed that! I love this car I may buy another same year with lower miles!!

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Bought this car new in 2012. Had zero issues with it until around 150k miles when the turbo started having some issues, the seal blew. And the master cylinder went out around earlier around 80k, had to replace again later around 170k. I think we read there was a recall on the manufacturer's original brake fluid that was eventually eating though seals which caused that issue. All in all, it'sbbeen an amazing and fun vehicle. Currently pushing 200k miles and still doing good

This is a FINE automobile..performance and road eager,solid,and great looking inside and out. It was ahead of its time,.and compared to MANY cars I have owned and driven, it is a cut above still..at 99K..a great,gorgeous ride. Why it is undervalued by Hyundai and the market, I don't understand!

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

I recently went to the Honda dealership in Westminster a couple of days ago because my sliding door was having issues—and of course, it was raining that day. I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely love driving this car. Tasteful styling with plenty of performance. Truly one of my favorite cars on the road . The only modification I did was make the hood vents functional.

This car cost 3 grand less than a used civic or Camry at similar age and mileage but comes with the bonus of about 340 hp to the crank and 290 ft/lbs of torque and solid options even in the base model. It is definitely NOT a distance driver as it can be uncomfortable for long journeys and gas mileage can vary wildly. Cruising on the interstate was netting me 25-28 mpg but that easily drops to like 14 when driving "enthusiastically". The exterior styling seems to be divisive with car enthusiasts, but hey, we can't all have great taste. 10/10 guess I'm a Koreaboo now

Seems universally overlooked. I bought it new eight years ago and have enjoyed it since. It is attractive, peppy, comfortable, and reliable. Two negatives: blind spots and goes through tires rather quickly. Many positive comments from friends. Good road car.

Fun car to drive and fast! The body styling is graceful and sleek, brakes are piston caliper brakes with painted heads. A fun drive that wants to be driven. get if you can find it. was meant to be a tuner car but parts aren't easy to find since its out of production if you want to go that route.

While I did not purchase my Hyundai from Palm Springs Hyundai they were very helpful with providing helpful information about the vehicle. 2016 3.8 Ulimate is my 2nd Genesis Coupe, had a 2.0T R-Spec prior, and 3 Tiburon before them, love these Coupes! Fast, great handling, responsive, and unique, bold, and yet subtle design. Very minor criticism, headspace a little tight if over 6 foot, some plastic interior, limited rear passenger space, but then one may consider it lucky to have any at all in a sports car.

I absolutely love this car! I bought it in 2013 and have not regretted it for a minuet. I've got over 108k miles and it runs like the day I took it off the lot, in fact it looks like it as well. The only thing I wish it had is a clothing hook to hang my clothes while traveling. Before this car I owned a BMW and didn't want the expense again although I loved my BMW. I saw the Genesis on the road and followed it to see what it was. I went to the dealership with a friend because he was interested in it. After test driving it I felt like I was back in my Beamer, so I bought it right on the spot. I didn't mind making the payments because I loved it so much. I've thought of buying another car because of having so many miles but my mechanic says with good maintenance it could last a lot longer. So I'll drive it until the wheels fall off. One more thing. 7 yrs and still don't need brakes. I have my mechanic check them when he does the oil change and he says you're still good!! Yay Happy Genesis coupe owner 😊
