Have owned it for 3 years and I think it is brilliant. The fuel economy is staggering, witchcraft! But the most surprising is the comfort, i regularly take it on 1000 mile journeys from the UK to the Med and it's really good. Quiet, the heated/ventilated leather seats are superb, and the gearbox is excellent. The only thing that could be better is the boot cover and the plastic in the back. I guess that's where they saved some costs to keep yhe price down and frankly it's not great but perfectly adequate.

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. Clean facility, transparent communication, and genuine empathy: this team embodies what a dealership service department should be. Thank you, Adam, and everyone at Temecula Valley Lexus for rescuing our vacation and exceeding every expectation. If you’re anywhere within driving distance—choose them.

Expecting to buy another Prius I decided to look at the Hyundai Ionic Hybrid Limited which I was unfamiliar with. Great value, extensive equipment included and except for a limited inventory all of the experience was positive. After the purchase I have put over 5000 miles on the car and I honestly love it!
