I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

Got a great deal on the advertised 2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid! They tried to pile on a bunch of ridiculous options and warranties, all of which I rejected repeatedly until they got the message.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Agree with the other reviewers. Great car all around. Best bang for your buck. Until my wife's car I was not familiar with Hyundai. She has a 2015 sonata sport and it was so dependable and nicely equipped that I was sold on the brand when my wife's car hit 130k and she never did anything to it except brakes, new tires, and oil changes.. not to mention that one is still going strong today as well. So anyway... Bought the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe limited ultimate awd used a year ago with 50k miles on it for similar reasons others seem to have bought one. Dependability, comparable or better features than competitors in its class, not bad on gas mpg, tons of cargo space, great tow capacity, pano sunroof, heated and cooling seats, standard plug in trunk, second row captains seats that recline and move forward and back oh not to mention are heated, heated steering wheel, great v6 power house, privacy shades in second row, nice touch screen, awesome 10 speaker audio system with subwoofer, high intensity headlights, oh and a limited slip rear locking differential that is on vehicles like the new genesis suv or my ram 1500, both are around $50kish new with those options. The only thing I wish it had which my one year older 2015 ram 1500 Laramie longhorn has is front sensors for parking and led lit side door storage areas but that truck was $10-15k more brand new than the Santa Fe was new... So moral of the story, pretty impressive Hyundai.

The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

I love this subject. The Santa fe pulls my boat with ease, has great performance and handling. I still can't believe I get 30 mpg while cruising at 75mph on the highway all this from a roomy all wheel drive vehicle.

We have a 2017 Limited Ultimate that just turned 193K miles. We bought it in Feb 2016. If you change the oil at 5k miles and the transmission fluid at 60k, and this car will run forever. Never had a problem with it. Everything still works inside and it still looks great. My only knock on the car is the rattle that developed in the rear doors when driving on the highway. My wife doesn't even hear it anymore, but it bugs me.
