Dani went above and beyond to help with the purchase of a truck. She exemplifies what great customer service is. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who is trustworthy and honest and put the needs of the customer as number one. She is a great asset to McGee Toyota. I would give her 10 stars. I was begining to get very frustrated with my car. It continually had the same issue and the service department could not find anything wrong with it. I had brought it in three times for the same issue and was beginning to get very frustrated that no codes would come up and even though a tech would take it over night they still could not come up with a problem. They installed a recording device and finally found the issue. This was beginning to be a safety issue and did not feel safe driving my car. At one point i was ready to hand over my keys and say find me a different car without the automatic stop start. Finally the issue was fixed and it has been running great.
I drive a toyota but could not get in with that dealership for a inspection but Gateway got me in right away said just to come in and they would take care of me. which they did the serviceman that greeted me was awesome very friendly and professional he was the guy that worked behind the service counter. He told me where to go to wait,the waiting room was clean and welcoming and had all the amenities that you needed'The service didn't take long the same man came and got me and directed me to the cash window. This is where the experience went down hill fast. I recognized the girl behind the counter she has come into my place of employment so I said hi how are you she was doing something with a check never looked up at me never acknowledged me took about 3 min to finish what she was doing got my slip said that will be $39.95 still has not made eye contact with me took my money I gave her $40. and was so angry that this young woman could care less in taking care of me in a professional manner if this is the last person that your customers see at the end of their awesome customer service then that's the last thing they are going to remember!!!i work in customer service and I make it a policy to look every customer in the eyes and i always say please and thank-you. She needs better skills in handling your customers.

It was a great and smooth experience getting a new car here at Team Nissan North. On my pickup day, the drove to my location to pick me and within an hour, I was on my way home driving in my new ride. They were super-patient with all the many questions I had even when they stayed overtime just to serve me. The staff exceeded my expectations!
I'M IN SALES, ON THE ROAD SALES. I'M ALL OVER VERMONT AND NEW HAMPSHIRE ALL THE TIME SELLING MY WARES. MY CAR IS MY OFFICE. WHEN I TRADED HER IN, SHE ONLY HAD 245,331 MILES. SHE WAS READY TO MOVE ON TO GREENER PASTURES, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. MY CAR GUY PERRY ATTENDS AUTO AUCTIONS ALL OVER THE SOUTHERN STATES AND BUYS NOTHING BUT "THE NEWER THE BETTER" CARS, TRUCKS AND SUV'S. OH YA, NOTHING BUT LOW LOW MILES TOO. I TOLD PERRY WHAT I NEEDED AND HE CAME HOME WITH THIS LIKE NEW, ONE OWNER, 2011 NISSAN ALTIMA SE WITH ONLY 13,505 MILES. THIS CAR WAS LOADED WITH THE RIGHT OPTIONS FOR ME AND MY NEEDS. PERRY ALSO GOT ME 1.49% FINANCING FOR A 60 MONTH TERM. HARD TO BEAT THAT, YA THINK? BEFORE DELIVERY, HE FULLY SERVICED, STATE INSPECTED AND FILLED THIS CAR'S TANK WITH GAS. WHAT A DEAL!
My Taurus was brought in for routine oil change etc. I asked Fred Small, service Manager to be sure to check
it out thoroughly as if it was his mother's car. I received a call saying that I needed a few other items, such as an air filter, which I told him to do what was needed. I feel very comfortable that my car is in tip top shape to go on a long trip and be safe. As always the service is great at Gateway!
