This is my second car with Mazda, and once again, I had such a great experience. Their team is always extremely helpful, welcoming, and genuinely fun to work with. If you are reading these reviews because you are considering buying a car from McGee Mazda, please stay away and think twice before walking through their doors. If you want to protect your mental health, your money, and yourself from unexpected repairs, frustration, and what we experienced as complete disregard for our concerns, please read the lower-rated reviews carefully. You may notice something important: many of the positive reviews are posted immediately after the purchase, often within a day or two, when Mazda is already texting you asking you to share your “five-star experience.” In my opinion, that can give a very misleading impression of the actual buying experience. We are a military family. Last year, we lost loved ones due to several tragic circumstances. At the same time, our young daughter needed reliable transportation to her new school. We urgently needed a safe and dependable vehicle, and unfortunately, buying from McGee Mazda turned out to be one of the worst decisions we have made. If we could turn back time, we would never have purchased this vehicle from them. Almost immediately after the purchase, we discovered problems that we believe should have been identified and addressed before the vehicle was sold to us: a damaged tail light housing with moisture inside, a windshield chip that developed into a spiderweb crack, and a dead battery in the key fob. These were not things we expected to deal with immediately after purchasing a vehicle from a professional dealership. What has been even more disappointing is how difficult it has been to get our concerns taken seriously. When you need a car, they are very responsive. But once you have purchased the vehicle and discover a problem, our experience has been completely different. We trusted a dealership to sell us a vehicle that was safe and properly inspected. I honestly cannot imagine anyone at McGee wanting their own child to drive a vehicle with these kinds of problems, yet we were left dealing with them immediately after our purchase. We are not writing this review because we expected a perfect, brand-new vehicle. We understood that we were buying a used car. We expected honesty, proper inspection, and basic safety. Please don’t make your decision based only on the five-star reviews posted immediately after purchase. Read the lower-rated reviews. Look at what people say after they have actually owned their vehicles for a week or two. That is when you may get a much better picture of what happens after the sale. This review is not meant to hurt anyone. It is meant as a warning to other families, especially anyone who urgently needs a safe and reliable vehicle. Please do your homework, have the vehicle independently inspected, and think very carefully before purchasing from McGee Mazda. Our family wishes we had.

Fast clean friendly service in a new beautiful facility, brought my frenchie and they showed her wonderful love too, oil change tire rotation, detailed video of the vehicle and a nice car wash as a special surprise, Immaculate facility and rest rooms. 5 Stars.

McGee Mazda of Claremont, NH is a trustworthy service department with more than qualified technicians. They video the inspections; praise what is good and why as well as show and explain problem areas. While nothing is cheap these days; it seems like I’m getting value on my repairs by seeing the process and knowing I can trust them and the process. The service team out front is also great at keeping one informed and making sure there is a liaison throughout the process. Bathrooms are clean; water and coffee on hand and two televisions if one wants to watch.

From start to finish, I have never experienced buying a car like this. From our choice and paperwork and our car was delivered to us. We did it in our home on the computer and emails and texts and then our kitchen table finishing up. It was the best experience I have ever gone through on buying a car. Online even!! Kevin Bowie did a video of the car. All around, top, total inside of the car. He missed nothing. Did the tires too. It showed good tread on the tires. Just like I was there looking at the car. Tyler Minnick & Jessica Freeman stayed in touch to make sure all was going smoothly for us and it was. No one pushed us or ran loops around us. They made sure we were happy. When it arrived on my street I said oh my it is better than the video! Kevin Bowie & a driver named Dan brought our car to us. They even registered it for us. Plates coming in the mail. It was a pleasure. No headaches, no anxiety, no anger or aggravation. Go there online or their physical place. You won’t regret it. They are the best. They are McGee Mazda of Claremont!
