I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Overall, I really like this car. Nice look inside and out. Easy to clean Internal cabin noise is quiet while driving. Like car notifications inside the car.

I had a 2025 Limited hybrid as a loaner and was extremely impressed with it! Quite frankly if I didn’t love EVs so much I would be getting one. My spouse has a 2025 Lexus ES and there are just a few features it has that the Limited Sonata lacks, but the Sonata has a LOT of features the ES doesn’t have, and the price difference between them is a brand new Nissan Versa. It’s very quiet and even when you floor the accelerator it’s really not bad for a 4 cylinder. The ride is every bit as good as the ES, if anything better probably due to the fact that the rims are 2 inches smaller. The driver assistance features work so smoothly. Really the only thing I was disappointed with was it doesn’t have power folding mirrors and my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq does, so that was surprising but it’s kinda an unnecessary feature anyway but I like it cuz I know if the mirrors are folded the car is locked. Also I wasn’t getting the MPG on the window sticker. Granted I only had it for one day and 65 miles, 95% interstate driving 75, but it was a struggle to reach what it’s rated at for the city driving. I feel like the city and highway numbers should be reversed, because it definitely prefers city driving. I also had a 2025 SEL AWD as a loaner for my last service visit, and it was fine but honestly nothing stood out to me. It was like a random rental car, nothing good but nothing bad either.

Service here was amazing! They aren’t pushy while you’re looking around, but are super helpful and responsive when you have any questions. My Ioniq 6 is the base SE model with front wheel drive only. This model has all the bells and whistles you need and the more expensive models have a number of cosmetic additions. Stylishly this car is a major improvement over earlier Hyundai models. There is some disagreement over the rear spoiler. Personally, I like the light show in the spoiler although I seldom see it since I'm driving. The seams on the car are a good tight fit with the possible exception of the front hood. The front trunk, or "funk," is useless which is a little hard to explain. If you look under it you notice a fairly empty space with a lot of wires. Reports are that the back trunk is small but I think the problem is its height and not depth. This is a slightly larger car than the Prius. The back seat has an impressive amount of room and if you lay down those seats you have quite a lot of trunk space but no back seat passengers. Performance is very good. In fact, the acceleration is astounding laying to rest the myth that EVs take a lot of time to accelerate. The electric motor apparently provides the same amount of torque at any speed unlike a gas engine. The amount of regenerative breaking is adjustable from the paddles on the steering wheel. I keep it at the highest setting and the car will break slightly when you take your foot off the accelerator. This takes some getting used to if you use this setting. Also, the car will keep moving slowly so you eventually have to break. At times the wheel seems to have a mind of its own. On a bumpy road with many turns the wheel seems to want to go where I don't. This brings me to an interesting feature. On cruise control with the lane keep assist and that line showing between the lanes on the monitor (see owners manual) the car us essentially self-driving as long as it can read the lane lines, You can take your hands off the steering wheel but if you do the car will reprimand you tell you to hold the wheel. The steering wheel is large and blocks the information on the lower part of the monitor. The blind spot monitor is very good and it will warn you on the exterior mirrors and the monitor in front of you. If a collision is possible the wheel will vibrate. The radar seems more sensitive than my other car so you get warning even when you still have plenty of room. The GPS has a lot of information, but I found it off by miles on certain sites. This car is very quiet. Much quieter than my plug-in hybrid. There is a slight whirring noise on acceleration and deceleration. When I drive near a pedestrian they seem surprised that a car is near them so be careful. I charged the car on a level 2 charger from 10% to 100% in 7 hours which I consider to be very good. The range is about 280 miles depending on temperature and type of driving. The car will notify you when the charge is down to 20% and it will tell you where the charge stations are. I would like to have a rear window wiper but this seems to have been eliminated on most cars. The rear defrost has done a good job of clearing this window so far. Visibility all around is very good. I would like it if the radio and past trip presets had a larger number visible. My other car goes up to 100. I'm not technically savvy and it will take me time to learn how to use all the features on this car. The owner's manual is large. One thing which may or may not be an issue is that I had difficulty turning the car off once. It appears that if you leave your foot on the break when turning it off the car may be getting a mixed signal to start and stop. Placing it in park first and taking your foot off the break seems to solve this. Finally, I notice in reviews on this site that the major negative response is that people think this car is expensive for what you get. I would expect to pay in the high $40,000 for an EV loaded with these features. I paid less than $10,000 under that.

2025 Sonata SEL/AWD this car is so comfortable and spacious, the all wheel drive gives you a multi link rear suspension thats smooth and ride quality is great. engine is 2.5 l4 and has plenty of power , so far gas milage is very good. i am 6'3 and very comfortable highly recommend it over Camry,Accord,Altima.

Went in with a coupon for a synthetic lube oil n filter, and a complimentary tire rotation, and multi point inspection. Checked in at 1:47 pm, paid my bill and was on the road at 2:40 pm. Cost me just shy of $34

The car is a solid economical choice for a daily car. The mileage you get is amazing and the interior volume of the sedan is quite spacious, including the boot.

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.

Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

I had own quite few sport cars,just to name few( honda s 2000,nissan 350 z 2006 porsche cayman s and 2019 honda type r) etc.and elantra n manual doesn't disappoint! I have it for almost a year now and I still enjoy driving it, 8000 miles driven hard and not a single issue... the car is very roomie, great back seats and good size trunk ,decent on fuel if you don't floor it all the time ,and it's pretty comfortable for what it is ,suspension and seats are spot on ,and I am pretty big guy! This is not a drug race car ,it's not slow by any means neither, really fun through twisties even around town ,light clutch and transmission but great feeling for engaging point on clutch and clicks on transmission... I like the interior a lot not so much exterior, but I did get used to it (it was ugly at firs,but now it's kind a cool) but the look it's totally subjective ... if you like the look I would say go for it no brainer ,best bang for your buck by far plus 10 year warranty!!! Little compare to the type r since I had previous generation for 1 year 14 000 miles : honda type r it's bit quicker on strait line and best manual transmission of all car s not just hyndai, but everywhere else elantra n is as fun if not more fun !!!

I’m a 6’5” man and I fit very comfortably in the 2014 Hyundai Elantra GL. It is the only compact car that I could sit without my knees hitting the steering wheel and being able to comfortably extend my legs. I put my seat all the way back as you would expect which doesn’t leave much room for passengers in the back seat, but it doesn’t matter since I extremely rarely have passengers there.

I don't actually own one myself but my dad just recently purchased one. They have always been one of my favorite cars. My dad's genesis has a lot of bells and whistles but I don't no if he got the ones that are fully loaded..but it does have the panaromic moon roof..memory driver seat and steering wheel. All the back windows have shades on the windows. Trunk has human sensory to automatically open...I think it has auto start and all the lane sensors...touch screen .. lexicon sound system...it's the 3.8 V6 model not the 5.0 V8. It drives so smooth and is very quiet. You hardly even hear the doors when you shut them. Plus my dad got it for a great price. Hope when he gets older and can't really drive anymore that he passes it down to me. I've always liked the genesis.. especially the ones that only have the Genesis emblem on the hood and trunk and not the older ones that had the Hyundai emblem on the back and said Genesis also on it. If your like me and your into the nice sleek luxury smooth riding sedans then I most definitely recommend the Genesis and try to get one that comes with some of the cool luxury upgrades on/in it. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
