I was the original owner of this car and it was an amazing vehicle. Was my favorite vehicle I have ever had! My needs changed so I moved onto something different. This car was very loved and very much taken care of and whoever buys this, is getting one heck of a vehicle!

From the moment I walked in to the dealership, Jeff made me feel welcome and at ease. Having walked in the Porsche showroom (accidentally), I joked to Jeff that I'd love to be in the market for a Porsche, but that it was beyond my price range (I was looking for a used vehicle under $16,000!). He said it didn't matter to him what I was there to buy and he was delighted to help me. I couldn't be more impressed with his no-hassle, no-pressure, and friendly demeanor. Knowledgeable, affable, and professional from the start, Jeff asked me some questions about my vehicle needs and wants. He showed me a few cars that met my criteria and steered me away from those that didn't. After test-driving a couple of cars, I drove all over greater Portland and did a lot more car shopping at other area dealerships. After spending another two days test driving other cars (and dealerships/sales staff), I went back to Jeff at Morong knowing I was, without a doubt, in the best hands, getting the best customer service. (I wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealerships, but am grateful to have confirmed my confidence in Morong.) I called Jeff as soon as I walked away from my final test drive at another dealer and asked if the car I wanted was still available. Thankfully it was. He speedily ran it thorough a final service check so that I could have it by COB on a Friday. Jordan was equally impressive when it came time to finalize the deal and documentation. It has been over a month since my purchase and I'm as delighted as the Friday I picked up my new (to me) Kia Sorento. Yep... a Kia from a high-end dealer. The car is in pristine condition, full leather, heated and cooled seats, luxury package. I recommend Morong highly and without reservation. Thanks to the entire dealership, and Jeff in particular. I'll be back when it's time. In the meantime, I recommend you to anyone I know who's in the market for a car.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

Great vehicle! Smooth ride, great mileage, love the display screen and all the built in features. Love the built in wireless carplay, wireless, charging and USB-C ports in both front and back seats!

Haven't selected and purchased a car since 2008. Kaylee was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. It was a cash transaction for me, but my BF was in the market for a Ranger, and he purchased at the same time. We knew exactly what we needed to do at all times. My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

My son’s Nissan Rogue would not start. I had it towed to Lee Nissan Dealership in Topsham Maine. Ryder and team got it worked on immediately and diagnosed the problem. They were able to have it running and back on road in same day. Thank you so much for your expertise. I highly recommend Lee’s service mechanics.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

I decided to turn in my plow truck for an SUV, so I did my research, decided on a Toyota or Hyundai. Went to Tevis at Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick, and was treated better than I ever have been at a car dealership. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Also gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. I next went to the Toyota dealership. As has happened in the past, I was treated poorly. The attitude at that dealership, despite the TV ads is "you are lucky we will sell you a car". They offered me 60% of what I was offered for my trade-in, and even when I told them what I was getting, they only came up a few more thousand dollars. I love Toyotas, I have had several, but the attitude turns me off so much, I won't buy one. Back to Hyundai. The Santa Fe Sport I bought is terrrific. Lot of bells and whistles, heats up quickly, drives nicely, and has a great warranty. Definitely the route to go. And ask for Tevis!

Great little SUV. Bought used with 8000 miles. Since I bought it I've averaged 36.6 mpg. over 14,648 miles. Every review I read it mentioned about its power, I can pass cars at high speed with no problems. Only problem is the storage space when back seats are up. Otherwise, easy to drive and park.

I just recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I’ve had a Lincoln Aviator , Ford Explorer, Expedition, still have it and a Jeep Grand Cherokee , Tahoe . This Hyundai is so much more comfortable , handles great 👍🏻. It’s a beauty !

I went to Bill Dodge to look at a vehicle they brought up from their Westbrook location so I could test drive. Which to start, was amazing! Not all dealerships are willing to do this so I was thankful these guys did. I fell in love with the car and after the initial offer, ended up not being able to purchase because it was just slightly out of my price range. But the guys at Bill Dodge Hyundai were so amazing, they worked a deal to get me in the car I fell in love with! Not only that, but they were able to help me get my car that I was trading paid off. I cant think of a more incredible consumer service that has ever been this amazing. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. I have less than perfect credit, but Tevis and Dylan worked extremely hard and were able to secure me a vehicle. Other dealers wouldnt check on you. Tevis came and checked on me every 10 minutes while numbers were being run. They even were able to secure me a really nice interest rate. Dont waste your time at any other place, go here!!

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Test drove a few different cars with Bill Dodge and wound up buying a 2020 Tucson from them. They were very patient and low-pressure. Tevis gave me the time and space I needed to get a feel for the car. He was also ready and able to answer whatever questions I had. The whole process was about as painless as it gets. I bought a pre-owned Hyundai Tucson from Bill Dodge in Brunswick, Maine, and was very satisfied with my dealings with the helpful staff, particularly Cooper, Troy, Bennett and Justin. Based on recommendations from family members, I intend to use the dealership for service.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

A god value for looks, comfort and features. Completely reliable with no issues. It has a lot of technology that I am still finding after a owning it for a year.

This is my 4th Hyundai and I buy them for the warranty. I even received a new engine in my last Hyundai on warranty at 120,000 miles. I do appreciate that Hyundai honors their warranties. I have had good luck for the most part with all Hyundais and love the comfort, amenities and sporty look of the Tuscon. My only concern is that at 1.5 years and with 30,000 miles I had to have the oil pan replaced but again thanks to the Hyundai warranty no cost.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I feel I was given the best deal and all my concerns were dealt with. Highly recommend this place

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.
