We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

What started as a possible terrible car buying experience turned into one of most enjoyable times, we have ever had buying a car. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I wanted a nice car at a value price at a great price so I got the 2019 Santa Fe and it had 30,000 miles on it and this thing runs and drives as smooth as glass

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Excellent service. I flew in from out of town and my car was ready when I arrived. The salesman had the day off but he came in just so he could be oresent.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Krystal Marshall was our sales person and Brandon Bonge handled the financing and paperwork. However, Loren Lookingbill was the outstanding star of our experience at Jeff Hunter Toyota. Krystal was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was not your typical pushy, manipulative car sales person. I told her what we wanted, it was not in stock but she found it and we agreed on an out-the-door price with very little haggling. However, the RAV-4 we originally agreed to buy was not available. Krystal found a replacement and after a modification in the agreed upon out-the-door price, we happily made the deal. Brandon was also friendly and knowledgeable but he made an error on the paperwork. A Mechanical Breakdown policy which I did not want or agree to purchase was added to the final sale. This oversight added $2,500 to the cost of the vehicle. I was equally responsible for this error because I did not insist on reviewing a hard copy of the paperwork before we signed it electronically. So In my opinion, Brandon still rates 5-stars. When I discovered the $2,500 error the next day, I called the dealership to speak with Brandon. However, Brandon was not there and Loren Lookingbill took my call. I explained the problem and Loren took care of it without hesitation. A refund was received a few days later. A copy of the Bill of Sale was not included in our paperwork. All the information on the Bill of Sale was included in the financing contract so I was not concerned. However, our auto insurance company wanted a copy of the Bill of Sale. I contacted Loren and he emailed me a copy within minutes of my request. Loren was not involved in the original sale or responsible for the problems I encountered. However, he stepped up, immediately resolved the issues and kept me a satisfied customer. If the rest of the employees at Jeff Hunter Toyota treat their customers like Krystal, Brandon and Loren, then I look forward to patronizing this establishment in the future.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.
