I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior.When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.
