Ian and Mat are great to work with! I have bought from other Billion lots before and was never blown away. Of course the sales people are nice but Nissan, and of course Ian, goes above and beyond. I was never really impressed with the financing guys, they were cordial but not really personable. I always figured maybe it was the job. Mat is great to work with and really cares about helping people and making sure they have the best offers available to them! These guys are what every dealership should hope to be. Thank you all! I traded my 2021 Santa Fe for the 2024 Santa Cruz as the exterior of the Santa Fe for 2024 to me was a turn off. Great decision, Santa Cruz is a pleasure to drive, great gas mileage and reliable. Only shortfall is the leaky bed cover. Dealer said it couldn't be fixed.

Just purchased my second Mazda from Billions and Drake and Karter are the best for help and great to work with. Highly recommend Drake, Karter and this Billion's dealership. Great vehicles also.

Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

I brought our 2018 Hyundai Senada in for a service because it is using oil excessively. This is not covered under warranty so therefore the only way to get the motor fixed is to have the motor actually blow up. This was not good for us considering we have an investment in the car and now it is virtually worth nothing. Billy and Hyundai is doing what they can to document it and in case the motor does blow up, they will have the paperwork necessary to get Hyundai to hopefully replace the engine. Brooke and Wyatt were the unlucky billion employees that had to break the news to us and then deal with us as not so happy customers. They did a great job with communicating and getting us to understand the process and what our options were if any. that’s a hard position to be in as an employee and we appreciate their honesty and help. They are two great employees that billion Hyundai is lucky to have on staff.

I really love my new truck...feel price was pretty much on the mark, the features are great, I have had it a month & still getting used to all its offeres. Back seat is a little tight, but I can fit and I don't really carry passengers, I did get an 'after market' bed cover for it ( which I feel I paid to much for the less than 100% quality) Over all I like the truck. (* I traded a 2021 jeep compass , which I thought 'per KBB' was worth more than the dealer allowed me) *
