I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.

I recently purchased the 2025 Pathfinder Rock Creek from Victory Nissan of Nashville, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did I get an amazing deal, but the customer service was truly top-notch. Mr. Matt, the manager, was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely a great person. What stood out the most was his trust and hospitality—he even let me take the vehicle to a restaurant with my family before any paperwork was done. That showed me how much they care about building trust with their customers. I also traded in my Nissan Altima, and to my surprise, Matt gave me an excellent value—better than I ever expected. Mrs. Shelby was also wonderful; she took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle’s features and condition.
