This was my first service on my new vehicle. I have been a customer at this dealership for more than 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with the service or sales department. Coughlin Kia of Dublin review
My experience was entirely via phone and text. Kirby was terrific and I am still considering a purchase. The dealership is over 3 hours away and this I have not been there in person. The next time I am in Columbus, I plan to stop by the dealership just to put a face to the person I have dealt with for a couple weeks . I appreciate how he conduct business.
