I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

We are so impressed on how we were treated and the amount of kindness that exists at Grubbs Volvo. We are usually BMW & Mercedes drivers and have been with a neighboring dealership for over 12 years. We didn't believe that we could ever make the switch, so glad we did. Its been. 6 months since our purchase and we are still in contact with our Sales Rep, we have also had a chance to visit with Service and we are still over the top impressed. This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

A significant discount is available on the Red sports car. 2024 marked the final year of Infiniti’s production of this vehicle, making it an excellent value for money.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

I’d like to start by saying, George is absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish George was attentive to my concerns and vehicle preference. I was open to a CPO or New vehicle. George laid out the specs on both models I grew fond of. Most importantly, he was transparent and respectful. In the end, I was able to get more than I set out for at a fair price! The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

This is my 2nd Infiniti. My prior Infiniti had zero problems in 14 years of ownership. I love this one too and will only buy an Infiniti now and in the future.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

Car is exactly what I wanted plus more. Drive great with great gas mileage although it takes premium fuel it’s well worth it in the mileage. Highly recommend if u want a smaller vehicle to travel with

Owned this Q50 for a couple of years. It handles well and gets me the looks that I like. I keep my cars impeccably clean so that I get complimented on the looks of my car a lot. I got the 2.0T, it has adequate horsepower for running on the highway and passing but gets me great gas mileage on my trips. This is my 2nd Infiniti and I think I will always choose the brand.

The 18 Q50 is the favorite car I've owned. It is top of it's class in performance. All wheel drive system works great in winter. My only complaint about this car is the size of cup holders, which is trivial.

The color grabbed my attention and the response kept my attention. It is the most fun vehicle I’ve owned so far. From the standard mode to the sport mode it’s fantastic but put it in sport + and it’s a thrill!!

The Q50 does well in many situations. Some models I test drove had exceptionally loud road noise for any car within a luxury marque. A bit perplexing.
