2018 INFINITI Q50 review
Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

I have owned my car for 10 years and it is the best investment I have ever made. I love the handling and I have only had to fix a couple of minor issues in the 10 years. It still looks and rides great!

2016 INFINITI Q50 review
So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

I am writing to formally recognize the outstanding service I received from Dan at INFINITI Roseville during the recent engine replacement on my 2019 Q50. Major engine work is never something a customer wants to go through. It can easily become stressful, uncertain, and frustrating. In this case, it was the exact opposite — because of Dan. From start to finish, Dan demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. He never rushed conversations, never dismissed questions, and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. Most importantly, he advocated for me. There were moving parts involving warranty coverage, updates to the long block and turbos, and ensuring the vehicle was returned fully sorted and properly handled. Dan made sure everything was addressed thoroughly. I never felt like “just another ticket.” I felt like a valued client. Because of him, what could have been a negative ownership experience turned into something that reinforced my confidence in both INFINITI and the Roseville service department. 2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.
