2018 INFINITI Q50 review
Owned this Q50 for a couple of years. It handles well and gets me the looks that I like. I keep my cars impeccably clean so that I get complimented on the looks of my car a lot. I got the 2.0T, it has adequate horsepower for running on the highway and passing but gets me great gas mileage on my trips. This is my 2nd Infiniti and I think I will always choose the brand.

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
The 18 Q50 is the favorite car I've owned. It is top of it's class in performance. All wheel drive system works great in winter. My only complaint about this car is the size of cup holders, which is trivial.

2017 INFINITI Q50 review
The Q50 does well in many situations. Some models I test drove had exceptionally loud road noise for any car within a luxury marque. A bit perplexing.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. I am writing to formally recognize the outstanding service I received from Dan at INFINITI Roseville during the recent engine replacement on my 2019 Q50. Major engine work is never something a customer wants to go through. It can easily become stressful, uncertain, and frustrating. In this case, it was the exact opposite — because of Dan. From start to finish, Dan demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. He never rushed conversations, never dismissed questions, and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. Most importantly, he advocated for me. There were moving parts involving warranty coverage, updates to the long block and turbos, and ensuring the vehicle was returned fully sorted and properly handled. Dan made sure everything was addressed thoroughly. I never felt like “just another ticket.” I felt like a valued client. Because of him, what could have been a negative ownership experience turned into something that reinforced my confidence in both INFINITI and the Roseville service department. 2023 INFINITI Q50 review
Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.
