Used INFINITI QX50 for sale near Murphy, TX

He took the time to explain all of our options and work with us to get the best vehicle. Our son serves in the military and Chris went above and beyond to put a bow on the truck and have it detailed to perfection so we could surprise our son picking it up at the dealership. I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Their service department is simply first class, Trou Dunn was service consultant and he did a remarkable job getting our rather unusual problem with out Infinit solved.

The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

This SUV met all my needs regarding styling, safety and pricing. I did a lot of research on Infiniti because I have a Nissan Pathfinder as well. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever done.

I love my QX50. Other than a few electrical issues, it has been a great car. It gets great gas mileage, and is a comfortable smooth ride.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

Is good reliable luxury car.Little expensive on gas as is need premium and in city 16.4 gallon/100miles.Perhaps not suitable for daily driving to work?Unless you don’t count every penny.
