I recently purchased a used 2012 Acura TSX from Infiniti of Lafayette and couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the vehicle, the sales staff and the entire personnel group of this magnificent dealership! Mr. Luay Alshehabi, my salesman, went over and beyond the call of duty during my time there, making my total experience the very best of ANY I HAVE EVER HAD during my 67 years of car-shopping. Luay's expertise in providing me with knowledge of my new vehicle was simply breathtaking, as he saw to my every need as we pounded out a fair and reasonable deal in less than one day. Luay, who has earned numerous awards for his star-studded salesmanship, was kind, understanding and patient all through the buying process, going out of his way to gain my trust and confidence. Luay also was able to similarly able to satisfy my brother-in-law in his successful search for a car of his own, even though there were some old, nagging problems with a previous bankruptcy he had in his history. Luay emerged as a hero in helping the young man, who ended up walking out with a used 2012 Chrysler Touring Sedan as his new ride. A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

I’ve dealt with a shady used car salesman or two in my life. Murat at Elite is cut from a different cloth. He has a laid back demeanor and earned my trust within the first couple minutes. Was blown away by the level of customer service by everyone at Elite. Had an issue with my down payment as USAA had placed a hold on part of the funds. Murat’s brother Zeke helped me find a work around and saved me half a point on my interest rate offered by USAA. The fees on the vehicle I bought were straightforward And honest. The whole experience was outstanding. The guys over there have earned my business for any future vehicles I purchase.
2023 INFINITI QX60 review
It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

2020 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

2020 INFINITI QX60 review
I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

2023 INFINITI QX60 review
I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

2014 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.
