The QX60 hybrid is a reliable, quiet, luxurious ride. This is my first hybrid and I am so impressed that I can have a larger vehicle with less emissions. The QX60 is large enough to transport big purchases, lumber and pretty much anything I throw into it. Yet it drives like a dream with great handling, a smooth ride and all the luxury features that Infiniti provides. The heated/air conditioned leather seats, sleek dashboard and navigation system add to the ease of driving long distances. Although it's a hybrid, there's nothing sluggish about this suv. It packs a fast punch if you want it to. I never even use the sport drive feature because the vehicle responds quickly just in normal mode. Just a great, reliable, spacious suv with the benefit of being a hybrid.

Sonia's was beyond amazing. I purchased a Ram ProMaster van from Sonia's for converting into a business/travel van. They were so professional, straight-forward, and somehow also incredibly funny. As a young woman, navigating dealerships can often be really patronizing, but in this experience I felt both supported and respected. When I took the van to a mechanic before purchase, he gave it a big thumbs up, though as expected he found a few minor issues. When I brought the vehicle back to Sonia's, they took no time in doing the work before I even financed the vehicle. In terms of financing, they were incredibly helpful and patient as this was my first experience financing anything so significant in my life. I LOVE them!!! I worked with Valentine and Angel, who were both awesome. Valentine got me the CarFax before I could ask and was very understanding and straightforward with my particular (and many) questions and my family's jadedness after a couple bad dealership experiences. It really felt like they wanted to help! This is a very productive dealership so things are a bit crazy and fast-paced, which I think is why some reviewers found it a little overwhelming. But it's fast-paced because they're honest and work hard! Couldn't recommend more.

I’ve read a few people saying they got 19-21 fuel range? Just did our first road trip and in 400 miles one way at 85mph we got 26.7 avg. we’ve been VERY happy with our qx60 hybrid. Luxurious, more options than I can ever use. My only complaint is acceleration, it’s not terrible but very average. Prior cars we’ve owned were Acura MDX, BMW X5, Lexus gx470. Its right up there with the best and as a used car was priced lower than comparably in similar suvs.

Jose is the man!!!! I dropped 50K on a Hennessey ZL1 sight unseen. Jose had a video of a cold start to me in 10 minutes and all communications were very prompt. Sonia's arranged shipping through Montway at a great price and it worked out perfect. Sonia's even found 500 dollar clerical error my bank had made in there favor and were honest enough to point it out. Best car buying experience I've had. It makes want to buy that gt350R you have!!

Love the tech and level of comfort, luxury and performance for the price. Still haven't seen EPA mpg numbers. Low 20s at best,even on eco mode.

I had a noise in the rear of my Sport Trac that I couldn't identify. Took it into Rockwall Ford, talked to Buddy, a manager and he and I went for a test ride, what turned out to be a very short ride. We didn't get past the parking lot before the noise was heard. Went back to the check in area and a repairman tightened the spare tire as that could cause the noise. Wasn't the issue. I was turned over to a Service Advisor, Jamie Bohn. He checked the vehicle in and I left. Received a notification later that day that the sway bar needed to be replace. Went ahead and had it replaced. It solved the noise issue. I was impressed and very glad. Jamie Bohn kept in contact with me through the whole process and I will ask for him again the next time the vehicle needs service.

I love this vehicle. The gas mileage is a little lower than I expected, but it still blows my old Navigator away. When I start to go, it is a little bumpy as it is deciding to be electric or gas, but then it is smooth sailing.

Great gas mileage, nice luxury ride, great amenities inside. Lots of room, even back seats are nice. We drove lots of cars, some newer, some older, some cheaper and some more expensive. We kept saying, its not like the Infinity.. I started out wanting a Toyota, but the interiors weren't as nice and the view out the windshield wasn't as large and open. Its been a year, still love the car and enjoy my driving time. Actually my husband and I compete to do the driving when out with the family. Since I drive it all week, I let him win more often than not.

Excellent customer service! We found a car for our son on their website. We are from Kansas. Called ahead to see if they would put it on a lift and take some videos of it to make sure our 300 plus mile drive would be worth it. By 10 am the next day the videos were sent. We made the drive and 2 hours after getting to their lot my son was driving away in his car. It was his 17th birthday and they made sure to surprise him with a bow on top. Many pictures were taken. Dominic was Excellent! The whole staff was friendly and professional. I will most certainly call him when it's time to buy a car for our youngest daughter! Thank you GoJo Auto!
