Everything went great, I went in for an oil change and they found I had a more serious problem. My car is now back at 100%. I deducted one star because the car was not cleaned as well as it has been in the past after a service.

After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.
