I recently traded my 2014 Hyundai Sonata for a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited; both were purchased at St. Augustine Hyundai. From day one, in 2014, when I purchased my 2014 Sonata, I have received nothing less than an unparalleled experience. No matter the department, I was always treated the same, with kindness, understanding, respect, and welcoming smiling faces. Allowing any feelings of being uncomfortable or intimidated immediately subsided. Mastering the ability to balance and give one the space necessary to be able to look around, but in no way feeling neglected or ignored. Because of this, I would take my car back to the dealership for any maintenance and upkeep. I had the 'dreaded buying a new car syndrome" That all dissapeared when I walked into Nissan of ST Augustine. Then I listened to Kyla, Hannah, Will, Eric, and Amanda. I had an issue with my 2016 Rogue SL with a rubbing noise.Turns out it was the backing Plates rubbing rotor). Backing Plates were adjusted. Considering that I just drove in without an appointment I was treated in a professional and timely manner. And I really appreciate that there was no charge. A shout out to Ms. Marita Wilson for handling my situation. I have been using the service department at Daytona Nissan since the day I bought the Rogue there about 10 years ago. I would recommend Daytona Nissan.
