I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Once, the infotainment rebooted while driving. More concerning, at 1,200 miles, the dashboard, HVAC, and air suspension failed simultaneously—a potentially dangerous situation. Uncertain Factors **Reliability**: Infiniti typically outperforms Nissan, and Japanese production suggests quality. The VR-series engine appears promising, but competitors have documented issues too. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

I highly recommend Everett Infiniti of Central Arkansas!! Matt, Easton, and Justin were so friendly! Not once did we feel any of them were pushy! Very helpful from start to finish! Matt met us at the door with a smile and within minutes had the exact car we were looking for pulled right up to the curb for us. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did not make us feel rushed at all! He also stayed late to go over all the bells and whistles on my car which meant a lot! Once we had found the perfect car, an Infinite QX 60 Autograph, Easton was super nice and welcoming and Justin did a great job on the finance end of things. It was a quick and speedy process! We couldn’t have been more pleased! Great people and company!! I am loving my car!!!

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

We were wanting a QX70 black on black & our salesman Thomas Pigue went above & beyond & worked with us until he found us the perfect vehicle. We can’t say enough good things about this young man. 2004 Infiniti fx45 - owned 4 years now. 120k-180k miles. Wow where do I start. Infiniti’s first sports coupe/SUV rendition before it became the automotive category what we refer to today- sports coupe. An incredible vehicle I’ve owned that 20 years later the styling looks just as good if not better than most modern cars you see on the road today. This vehicle has earned a stellar review. This car has never left me stranded. The upgrade V8 engine leaves a smile on my face every time I start it up. This SUV moves when you put your foot on the gas. Unreal the performance and technology and reliability you get with this car for it being 2004. The ride quality is comfortable even on rough roads. It is hard not to speed in this thing boasting over 300 horsepower. This SUV has overcome all the weather from cold to hot New York threw at it. There was never a time this car got stuck in snow. I’ve traveled 20+ miles to work in a blizzard in this thing and powered through no problem. The snow mode works great. I’ve driven in over 5ft of snow and have never gotten stuck. The V8 power with the optioned AWD system secures you to the road and gives the driver a feeling of safety and security. For example, you can be driving in wet conditions on the highway and speed does not falter with the AWD system. Confidence in going higher speed in snowy weather while still retaining control. Some great options my FX has: navigation, leather seats, heated front seats, auto up/down all windows, radar cruise control (works great to this day), stock fold down rear entertainment screen, and one of my personal favorites - the stock 20 in. Wheels. Yes Infiniti gave the FX - production date starting 2003 - stock 20 in. Wheels. Absolutely madness. Love it.

One of the smoothest running cars I’ve ever driven. Smart styling and easy handling. Has all the features, amenities and upscale options ones finds distinctive and comfortable. Infiniti did a good job o this one.

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend
