I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. If you are looking for a high end, preowned car, I would give Cartina a look. My 2992 Lexus 439 SC runs, handles and brakes like a new car and the price was reasonable. Best of all. Angela, the sales assistant was helpful, engaging, and a joy to do business with, I might come down there and buy another car just to see her. I drove my car 1000 miles home in 13 hrs, I am pleased with the car. VROOOOM

QX 80 is very comfortable driving. Despite it's size, maintenance is great. Thieves often mistaken the rear gatelift cover to be something valuable hidden inside thereby forcing it open and causing damage. May be a sign may be necessary. The current look is nice but attractive to thieves who have no idea of what it is.
