I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

Carmax was very professional and great at helping me out with the car buying process.It was my first time getting a new car so they were a great help .They had me in and out with a car in no time .

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Erin was not pushy at all, knew her cars, and although I am not a great negotiator, I was able to reduce the listed price of the vehicle and both sides compromised on a price rather quickly .She provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and did not make any false promises. Most of all, the price of the car is all-inclusive and they are not trying to add on things to jack up the price so you are both on the same page. The test drive was by myself so I could really see if the car drove well and fit me. She even drove me back from the rental car drop off after closing hours, so I wouldn't have to walk a mile back to the dealership. From a safety perspective, every employee was wearing a mask and social distancing was observed when possible. Great no-pressure environment.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view
